Do not book this property! Absolutely disgusting by and dangerous. Not worthy of your money.
Horrible and disgusting house. The hosts LIVE inside the same house, on the website they claim as “Neighbors” but really they are roommates. They advertised that there are no pets allowed, yet they have 3 cats walking in and around the property. Really bad situation for my allergic husband. The stains on the tables and pillows were disgusting. We couldn’t sleep one night there and checked out the next morning. Half of the things advertised are FALSE. There is no dryer for clothes, which is shown in the pics. The table is not CLEAN, disgusting stains all over. They covered the couches in the pics with a blanket, but it has also stains and smells DISGUSTING. There was no way we could even sit on them. There was hair in their utensils drawer. We had a pregnant lady and 2 children with us. There were some hazardous issues as well. This outlet in the wall was completely out of the wall, it could have electrocuted a child! We did not even continue our vacation, it ruined everything for us. We barely stayed for 12 hours. Super disappointing. I just don’t want anyone making the same mistake and booking this scam of a house.

Good location, needs TLC
Wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood, but close to town and nearby Annecy. The small patio space adjacent to the kitchen which overlooked the lake was a pleasant way to enjoy morning coffee.
The home itself needs some updating and mainenance. The rental is a single home subdivided from the Owners with a shared entrance and pool area. The Owners smoke which permeates the rental - very unpleasant for non-smokers. We were unable to leave lower level windows and doors open due to the smoke and Owner's cats which kept coming into the house (a rude awakening in the middle of the night for someone who is allergic!).

Ce n’est pas du tout la description de booking !!! Ce n’est pas maison. Entière ! Elle est à partager avec les propriétaires, qui, soit dit en passant, ne sont pas agréables du tout ! Les photos de booking montre une piscine avec le terrain autour alors que lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il ne restait que la moitié de la piscine ! Il y a eu des modifications et l’autre moitié en fait se trouve être la terrasse des propriétaires, séparée par des brises vue ! La douche ne tenait pas et l’alarme non plus ! Le cache est parti et les piles sont tombées dans l’eau ! La propriétaire nous fait payer l’alarme . Je trouve ça déplacé !
