Appartement Lac

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable with all mod cons. The balcony and view of the mountains were amazing (despite a crane in the foreground). All the rooms were good (it's very difficult to find three decent sized doubles) and we appreciated the provision of a bath and two showers. The location was good for us because of the easy provision of bikes, electric bikes and buses (you can't fit six people in a car) to reach Annecy and other destinations round the lake. It was also wonderfully quiet. The lake is brilliant: clean with lots of easy access beaches spaced round it - although it was a 10 minute walk to our nearest. Annecy itself is very beautiful and interesting. We arrived late (don't try to drive from Geneva Airport to Sevrier in rush hour when it's raining) and Sebastian was very patient changing our arrival arrangements and ensuring our first arrivals could get in. His office is conveniently located next door if you need anything - we hired the bikes, which arrived with helmets, which was useful.

We were surprised our room (the largest had a shower and wash basin but no loo) - might cause difficulties with someone expecting a handy en suite (we were fine). Sevrier, although located beside the lake, is really sprawling suburbia so there may be more attractive villages to stay in further from Annecy.

Nous ne le savions pas au départ, mais sans clim et en pleine canicule, ce n'est pas facile la nuit, même si l'on essaye de faire courant d'air. Faut le savoir et peut être qu'un avertissement du propriétaire serait nécessaire. Qd mm quelques insectes non désirés en "promenade ds l'appart" Sinon pour le reste RAS

la localisation (prés des supermarchés et de la piste cyclable) , la propreté, tres bien entretenu et fonctionnel. disposition des pieces adadaptée à de la location courte durée

une seule clé pour nous 6, il a fallut chercher pour trouver un point négatif !!!
