A week in Server

we are a family of four and stayed at the apartment as a base to explore the area around Lake Annecy. The apartment was very stylishly furnished, well appointed and equipped very well. Sandrine the owner was extremely helpful from the moment we booked and while we were there. She was very quick to respond to any messages and came up with some very helpful suggestions for what to do on a rainy day. We would love to return one day as we had a great week staying in this great apartment.

Lovely apartment in Sevrier, a very quiet location minutes drive from Annecy, also few minutes walk to the local boulangerie and amenities on the lake. Bike lane is just at the end of the road which will take you safely and directly into Annecy or around the lake. Sandrine is a fantastic host and very helpful. Would highly recommend this property and will be looking forward to returning again in the future.

Sandrine was an excellent host - communicated and answered queries no problems. We thought the listing was for one property but it is for two apartments that sit back to back. All turned out fine though! The apartment sleeps six with two people in the attic space and two in a bedroom and two in the master bedroom which has glass windows to the lounge area. The shower rooms are beautifully finished although compact. All conveniences are very close including Lidl and a bakery. We did a lot of cooking in as eating out is expensive. The area is breathtaking and Sandrine had plenty of great ideas for us. Thank you

Stylish and practical flat in lovely area

This is a lovely stylish place for a family or a couple to stay. Close to swimming, cycling, restaurants and supermarket but quiet and with lovely views. Sandrine was very welcoming, helpful and friendly and the apartment was exceptionally well-equipped. One bedroom is on its own up steep wooden stairs - it is charming but some little children might find it a bit alarming. I would highly recommend this apartment and Sandrine.

L'appartement est simplement superbe! La décoration est moderne et chaleureuse, tout est bien pensé, l'équipement est parfait. On se sent bien dans ce cocon sous les toits. Le petit balcon est très agréable pour un apéro ou un café. Idéalement situé à quelques mètres de la piste cyclable et de la plage, les commerces à proximité, il ne reste qu'à profiter de son séjour! Sandrine vous accueille chaleureusement et amicalement, en vous transmettant toutes ses bonnes adresses gourmandes et ses bons plans de balades. Nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir afin de continuer à découvrir cette belle région.

Notre séjour aux environ d'Annecy fut un pur bonheur! La qualité de notre logement ainsi que le chaleureux accueil de notre hôte Sandrine y furent pour beaucoup! Le logement est très propre, bien ventilé (très important en période de canicule!) et la cuisine et coin buanderie sont très commodes. L'isolation acoustique est aussi impeccable. Sandrine nous a accueillis avec gentillesse et nous a fait une généreuse liste d'activités parfaitement adaptée à nos besoins. Ses connaissances aiguisées des sports et activités de plein air sont un atout indéniable. L'accès au Lac Annecy a quelques pas, la plage et club nautique à deux minutes de voiture à peine (3 minutes en vélo) couronnent le tout! Plaisir garanti!

Super Apartment 5+ stars! - Just what we needed. Lots of space and very clean and modern. The views are just spectacular! We stayed with our 2 children and they just loved the bedrooms. Excellent cooking facilities, supermarket very close by. Sandrine was great, could not do enough for us. I am sure we will be back one day....

Prachtig appartement, modern ingericht en voorzien van alle nodige apparatuur. het ontbreekt aan niets. Bereikbaar met een trap. Geen lift. Het balkon is niet erg groot maar wel de hele dag zon. De omschrijving van de omgeving is juist. Sandrine is een prima gastvrouw. Het was voor haar geen probleem om met ons mee te gaan naar een arts om e.e.a. te vertalen. Wij hadden fietsen meegenomen zodat we ons makkelijk konden verplaatsen rondom het meer. De omgeving is prachtig. Kortom een heerlijke vakantie gehad.
