La proximité du lac et de la piste cyclable et de l’arrêt de bus, le balcon / terrasse très agréable le soir, le parking pratique. La proximité d’une bonne boulangerie et d’une excellente épicerie. Appartement facile à rafraîchir la nuit en période de forte chaleur. Très bien équipé avec une mention spéciale pour le ventilateur !
2 petits détails très mineurs : que l’appartement soit sur 2 niveaux et une odeur de fromage persistante

- super easy check in with whatsapp messages and a manual - host responded quickly to questions - the house has everyhting you need, lots of kitchen equipment, enough towels etc - location very convenient: just 5-10 minutes to the green cycle path and the lake, some supermarkets/bakery nearby
- upon arrival the storage room for bikes was occupied already, therefore the bikes that we brought could not be placed there. it is also upstairs so you need to carry the bikes up. it could be nice if the storage room is really available so fif you plan to come here for cycling (makes a lot of sense) then better to upfront communicate witht the host - the bed sheats are of polyester, which makes them very sweaty when its 30 degrees... these could be replaced with cotton ones - the balcony is a nice to have but the actual view on the lake is limited
