Very happy to recommend a stay at this beautiful well-run holiday home.

Everything. It felt homely, comfortably, modern, good location for shopping and visiting. A very good holiday location and the weather was amazing considering the dreaded forecast.

The stairs with alternate steps! Interesting but impractical and possibly dangerous.

The location! Views, lake, transport, shops and bars. The sense of space in the apartment, but also the comfort. Loved the sofas, the kitchen equipment. For our party- essentially 3 couples- the variety of outdoor space meant people could be together or apart and track the sun or the shade. We felt very lucky :))

Only very small quibble, sometimes we would have liked a little more time/help from Sebastian eg showing us the bikes….he seemed very busy and rushing around!

Big new apartment. Perfect for family (we were 6 -couple+4 children). Large 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/toilets, large leaving room and kitchen fully equiped. Washing machine+Dryer. All brand new and spotless clean. 10 min fron Annecy. 2 min from LIDL/Carefour. Very close to thd beach. Private parking. Quiet neighborhood. Great value for money. Highly recommended!!!! Fantastic facilities, and is an exceptional location near the lake and the bike path, view from the balcony is wonderful.

The freezer could have been cleaned slightly better, but overall very clean.

Magnifique appartement moderne avec tout le confort et un jardin nous avons adoré notre séjour

En passant l’aspirateur ( qui fonctionne très lentement) nous avons trouvé un morceau de verre sous le radiateur de l’entrée ce qui pouvait être dangereux

Près du lac beau duplex inversé

L’appartement est super. Grand. Bien équipé. Propre. Avec une superbe vue sur le lac. C’était calme. Nos amis à 4 parés dont acceptés merci pour eux. Jardin clôturé.

L’escalier japonais n’est pas si simple à utiliser. Avec un enfant en bas âge aucune protection en haut où est la pièce de vie. Il faut être TRÈS vigilant. A savoir.

Precioso, como nuevo y decorado con mucho gusto.

Tal cual las imágenes así es el apartamento. Precioso vistas a las montañas y al lago. Cómodo, amplio y limpio. Fueron muy amables los anfitriones incluso haciéndonos un favor así que muy agradecidos. La zona segura y hermosa cerca de muchas opciones de supermercados y tiendas de comida. El coche queda aparcado dentro del recinto.

La escalera era un poco empinada para nosotros no fue verdaderamente un problema (y eso que fuimos con un niño) pero puede que a una persona con movilidad algo reducida sea más complicado.

Logement tres agréable dans un endroit tranquille, à côté de la piste cyclable et pas loin du lac

La localisation à côté de la piste cyclabe, les vélos de location mis à notre disposition à notre arrivée et la vue à l étage sur le lac.

Attention un escalier interieur permet d accéder dans la pièce salle à manger cuisine. Il peut être raide pour certaines personnes plus âgées ou des petits enfants.
