A terrace to the east and another to the west; green spaces, preserving biodiversity, all around.
House fully furnished and fully equipped (except microwave).
Large living room of 50 m2 very bright on the first floor.
2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 140 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, on the 1st floor.
Located in a quiet residential area, 8 minutes from the lake on foot, close to the greenway, the bus stop and many shops (food, bakeries, restaurants, bars...). Everything can be done by bike or on foot.
For respectful, nature-loving, clean, polite, water and energy efficient people.

The location was wonderful. Only a few minutes' walk to supermarkets and the lake. The garden was our favourite part of the house. We spent most of our time outside. The host was very friendly and very easy to communicate with. Amenities are fine. The only downside is perhaps having only one toilet. But otherwise, it was a great stay for the price.

The house is very nice and spacious and can comfortably fit the family of 4. It has a lovely garden and great bakery near by. Also, there are two major supermarkets a very short drive away. The walk to the lake is about 10 minutes and you can swim there. Sandrine is a very welcoming host who was always ready to answer all our questions. Highly recommend!
