Fabulous stay in Sevrier

The views from the balcony are incredible and the location is perfect for getting to Annecy town or for getting to the local yummy bakery. The apartment is light and airy, spacious and well equipped. Also the shower pressure is amazing.

Unfortunately 1 of the toilets hadn't been cleaned properly before our arrival as found on first use however we cleaned it and then all was fine.

Magnifique

Tout était parfait : 1. La vue sur le lac et les montagnes qu’on ne se lasse pas de regarder par tous les temps (soleil, pluie, brume, neige). On peut l’admirer du salon/cuisine et des chambres. 2. Appartement très grand avec tous les équipements disponibles. 1 chambre au même niveau que la cuisine et 2 chambres à l’étage. Salles de bain au rez-de-chaussée (bain) et à l’étage (douche) où se trouve en même temps la buanderie avec machine à laver et sèche-linge. Toilettes séparées au rez-de-chaussée et à l’étage. Cuisine très bien équipée avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Produits nettoyage / savons disponibles. 3. Volets électriques partout. 4. Parking gratuit sur place avec borne de recharge (carport). Tout pour passer un superbe séjour.

Un détail: pour les jours d’hiver, prévoir une couverture supplémentaire si on ne veut pas mettre le chauffage dans les chambres pour dormir.

L emplacement idéal proches de toutes les commodités ainsi que de Annecy tout en étant au calme avec une vue dégagée lac et montagnes magnifique

Tout était super mais j aurai éventuellement dit qu il manque quelques accessoires de cuisine (grande planche à découper/verre à vin un peu plus grand que nous avons d ailleurs achetés et laissés car nous apprécions de boire des bons vins dans des verres adéquats).

Genieten van uitzicht in de buurt van Annecy!

Een prachtig uitzicht!

Op de slaapkamers en in de woonkamer waren de schermen kapot waarmee je de ramen kunt verduisteren. Dat was in de slaapkamer niet zo fijn in de zomer. Volle bak licht/zon in de ochtend.

Mooie appartement op een eerlijke plek met uitzicht op het meer.

Een zeer compleet en zorgvuldig ingericht appartement met airco in alle ruimtes, prima bedden en op enkele minuten loopafstand van supermarkten als Lidl, Carrefour en Aldi. Iets verderop ligt een hele goede bakker plus een groente en fruit winkel. Op het balkon staat een elektrische barbecue (bakplaat) waar we een avond gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Hier kan restaurant niet tegenop. Eten op je eigen balkon met dit uitzicht is top!

Het is enige kleine nadeel is het drukke verkeer op de rondweg van - en naar- Annecy. Maar dit weet je als je op vakantie gaat aan een meer in bergachtige omgeving.

Prachtige verzorgde nieuwe locatie. Uitzicht over het meer. Alles in het appartement aanwezig. Mooi balkon. Fietsen gehuurd via de huurder. Goede communicatie. Toplocatie aan het meer van Annecy!

Tout était parfait. La vue, la luminosité, le confort, la propreté, le lac, les commerces et diverses activités à proximité.

La possibilité d'avoir un surmatelas car, personnellement, j’ai trouvé le matelas trop ferme.

Super appartement avec magnifique vue sur le lac. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par François, merci pour cet accueil chaleureux. Appartement spacieux avec beaucoup de rangements. Propre et bien équipé : savon, éponge, torchon, serviettes etc. Nous somme restés qu'une seule nuit mais je retiendrais cette adresse pour mon prochain passage sur Annecy.
