It depends what you come for...

This place offers a beautiful view on the lake and nature around, if you want to go hiking for example.

There is no transport facility from the property to the center, and it takes too long to go to Annecy from this place. The bus station is at 20 minutes of walk with an elevation gain. You clearly need a private vehicle to move from this place to the city if you come for Annecy Animation Festival for example, unless you decide to walk more than 1 hour to be sure of arriving at the right time in Annecy. While the reception of the hotel sent me an e-mail saying there is a shuttle to pick me up from the bus station to the hotel, there was actually no shuttle even if I called the reception on the phone and asked for it.

Nice location but very poor/small room and service quality.

Breakfast would be good if fresh and refilled. The room could not be smaller and did either not have twin beds or balcony, against desciption. Main building would be ok, but they don‘t service it according… lounge chairs no cussions aoplied. Very nice view.

The rooms were cosy and comfortable but what makes this hotel amazing is the stunning view of the mountains and the lake! Would recommend staying here.

Satisfactory at best

The views were amazing and facilities comprehensive. You could have as much as you wanted at meal times, if this is your thing.

Room was tired and in need of refurbishment, as well as not being cleaned for the duration of our stay. We appreciate this is a large establishment but the coach trip groups overwhelmed the place so don't make this a point to stay at if you find this intimidating or a distraction from stop over. We love Annecy but won't be staying here again.

lovely building and location. cleaning and food needs an upgrade

the views were amazing. the bike hire was great. good bike storage for your own bike.

there was no wifi for three days when we arrived. we didn’t have any phone/internet usage. compensation was given after asking which was good. the room floor was sticky and had grass from the previous people when we arrived and it wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there. the restaurant food was very very average and basic

very nice place up on the hill with an amazing view. big parking for the cars so that wasn’t a worry

room was pretty small and the sound isolation is lacking. we could hear quite loud the baby crying in the other room

Room too basic. Hallways unrenovated. Given à room on thé rez chaussée with people walking by, no cantine, no transportation available through hôtel, couldnt even get à coffee outside of thé family meal setting with assigned seating. Not à comfortable stay. Rude, slow staff on messages before check in. Curtains in room do not offer privacy or sun blocking option.

Good location on the hill overlooking the lake, close to Annecy and providing great food

Good location overlooking the lake and just a short drive from Annecy, which is a beautiful old city well worth a leisurely stroll. Excellent good value buffet dinner and very good breakfast. We arrived in heavy snowfall in early April and stayed only for one night but there are obviously good facilities available through the summer season.

The room was very small but adequate and otherwise comfortable and well appointed.

everything I really like everything specially the workers. there is an American France girl work in the restaurant she was sooo nice with us. and the woman in restaurant and the guy too she help us a lot with hot water at night to drink our tea ♥️

Panoramic view is superb. Service and food excellent. Good balcony areas outside. Very very friendly and helpful staff. Very good cycling lock up and tools etc. Room very clean and comfortable. Good parking

Great appartement with a lovely view.

If you like cycling it is a great location on the Col de Leschaux. Lots of activités to do like table tennis, basketball and pétanque. The director was really nice and gave us loads of information and things to do in Annecy. Also there are lots of supermarkets nearby if you are doing self catering.

The pool was quite small... But there is the lake Annecy nearby so not really an issue.

Friendly staff

The traffic makes it verty fram from Annecy: 45 minutes driving. Very small room. Very hot in summer with no climatization. We were at floor level to the parking: everybody could see as sleeping as we needed the windows open. No room cleaning, no change of towels. Poor breakfast.

We didn’t get the room we saw on Booking and booked. The cleanliness was a disaster, there was sand, dust, cobwebs and dead insects. When we asked them to give us the room we had booked, they said they had no rooms available. Then we asked them to clean the room we got, they said ok, but no one came.

Chambre avec vue sur le lac "magnifique". Petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et surtout excellent. La chambre était très bien en terme d'espace avec salle de bain et wc.

J'aurais aimé que la piscine soit ouverte 1 heure de plus le soir et/ou quelle ouvre 1 heure plus tôt le matin.

Pas de Clim pour ce prix c’est tout de même compliqué, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Le repas est très cher comparé à ce qu’il est proposé très peu de choix pour le prix avec une qualité pas non plus exceptionnel.

L’emplacement était idéal avec une superbe vue sur le lac. L’emplacement du restaurant est vraiment top avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Le personnel est souriant et sympathique .

Difficulté à trouver la chambre, ascenseur, défectueux, escaliers dangereux et en travaux. La salle de bain est super petite, la douche très étroite. La propreté est à améliorer. Il n’y a pas de nettoyage de la chambre pendant le séjour. Il propose du pain industriel pour le buffet du petit déjeuner., c’est vraiment dommage.

Virkelig god beliggenhed og fantastisk panoramaudsigt!!! Hotellet har mange aktiviteter for børn og poolen er lille og mest for børn. Det bedste ved Annecy er dog helt klart søen og byen, som ikke uden grund bliver kaldt Frankrigs Venedig.

L’établissement est sur les hauteurs excentré de la ville , c’est calme , la vu sur le lac et les montagnes est exceptionnelle Le buffet du petit déjeuner et repas du soir très bien achalandé et le personnel très sympathique. Ambiance très familiale, avec beaucoup d’animation.

Le site était fabuleux. Une équipe à l’écoute de nos attentes est une équipe tellement gentil. Le petit déjeuner. Le directeur ! Non en fait j’ai tellement de personnes à remercier je vais juste dire que j’ai tout aimé et que vous êtes des personnes fabuleuse. De l’accueil jusqu’au départ tout était parfait merci

Le site est sur une monté à pied c’est fatiguant mais ce n’est pas un truc de fous non plus j’ai vraiment pas d’avis negatif

Riktigt uselt hotell vars enda fördel är den relativa närheten till Annecy. Avråder starkt från boka detta.

Hyfsat nära Annecy (6 km). Pool, vilket uppskattades av barnen.

Rummen var helt fruktansvärda. Gammal byggnad och det luktade fukt, mögel och matrester i korridorerna. Frukosten var det bedrövligaste vi sett. Hur man kan debitera 290 euro/natten är helt obegripligt. Jag har bott bättre på hostels i gamla Östeuropa.

Die Lage ist ruhig mit schöner Sicht auf Berge und See....das Abendessen( Buffet )war köstlich, ebenfalls das Frühstück...der Speisesaal und die Zimmer sind offenbar noch nicht lange gediegen renoviert...

Die Umgebung bedarf einer Erneuerung um dem gepflegten Inneren des Hauses gerecht zu werden..
