About this house rental
House, 4 bedrooms with pool.
Very close to the shores of Lake Annecy, you will be seduced by this house with private parking located in a quiet dead end with a beautiful and unobstructed view of the mountains.
It is located 3 km from the center of the village and the bike path, 4 km from the lake and the beach and 9 km from the city center of Annecy.
OUTSIDE
Fully enclosed garden with trees of 650 m² with swimming pool of 6x4m.
Two terraces, each with garden furniture.
- A West / South-West facing dining area on the pool side with electric awning, deckchairs and gas barbecue
- an East / South East facing lounge area with parasol
At disposal: outdoor games, table tennis, two bikes, toboggans and parets (for the winter), outdoor spreading.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
- open kitchen with bar, fully equipped with outdoor dining area, ceramic hob 4 burners, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter and sensé coffee makers, electric kettle, toaster, raclette, fondue, crepe maker, waffle maker ...
- living room with fireplace (wood available), flat screen 107cm with orange TV access, netflix, nintendo games, DVD player
- a bedroom / study with double bed (140x190)
- a shower room with shower
- an independent WC
a laundry room with washing machine, dryer + ironing board, iron and clothes rack
UPSTAIRS :
- two bedrooms with double bed (140x190) and one bedroom with double bed (160x200). possibility to put two baby beds (to bring)
