Un apartament curat și spațios! Pernele și salteaua foarte comode, pe canapea a fost pus un topper, lenjeriile și prosoapele au fost impecabile 🥰 Este amplasat intr-un loc liniștit, la doar 7 minute de mers pe jos de gara centrală din Milano și la 30 de minute de mers pe jos până la Duomo. Instrucțiunile pentru check-in foarte bine structurate. Aparatul era dotat cu masa de călcat și fier 🥰 Recomdat cu încredere.

Nu a fost ceva care să nu ne placă. Un singur minus ar fi ora de check-out, care este cam devreme.

Excelente apartamento, muy lindo, muy acogedor, muy aseado, la comunicación con la persona encargada fue genial, la ubicación a 5 minutos a pie de la estación milano Centrale

location, every thing is very new and well equipped. bed is comfortable, very quite when windows are closed

we love the property very much but the first night of the stay the manager of the property withhold the AC controllers on purpose so we cannot use the AC it was very hot so we cant sleep the whole night and since it was already passed 6 pm there is no one to answer or address our complaints. this problem is solved the next day with the maintenance dropping off the ac controllers. However there is no apology or explanation whatsoever on why they didn't gave us the AC the first night or there are any discount or adjustments l. This ruin our experience on this apartment. also another annoying thing is checking out. the lobby gate requires a key to open so when u check out u supposed to leave the key in the lock box but u can see the problem is once u lock ur keys in the lockbox u dont have key to open the lobby door. so it requires u to go downstairs first and unlocked the lobby door and jam it open with something and run back up to 5th floor and lock the key in lockbox and run back down ( with all ur luggages in tow) and hopefully the lobby door still jammed opened. Obviously none of these procedures are mentioned at all in the checkout procedures.
