La ubicacion es excelente! A 5 min. a pie de la estación central. El departamento es completisimo.

La verdad que el departamento tenia todo. lo unico que falto fue que no habia un poco de jabon liquido para el lavarropas!!! por lo demas excelente.

All was perfect.

El espacio era muy bueno para 3 personas. Tenía lavadora muy útil para un viaje largo. No tiene secadora pero tiene colgadores. Tenía café, té. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Un dormitorio y un sofá cama doble en el living-comedor. Cocina completa. Hay un mimimarket muy económico a unos 5 minutos llamado Penny, tiene de todo y hasta comida preparada por 2 euros. Vinos por 2 euros. Al Duomo en taxi 14 euros. Recomiendo tomar el tour del bus hoop on de turismo por 25 euros por 24 hrs y lo usas como taxi. Tiene ascensor. Tiene cafetera italiana ( ojo no con cápsulas)

No tiene secadora. El secador de pelo solo tira aire. Sugiero cambiarlo.

location, every thing is very new and well equipped. bed is comfortable, very quite when windows are closed

we love the property very much but the first night of the stay the manager of the property withhold the AC controllers on purpose so we cannot use the AC it was very hot so we cant sleep the whole night and since it was already passed 6 pm there is no one to answer or address our complaints. this problem is solved the next day with the maintenance dropping off the ac controllers. However there is no apology or explanation whatsoever on why they didn't gave us the AC the first night or there are any discount or adjustments l. This ruin our experience on this apartment. also another annoying thing is checking out. the lobby gate requires a key to open so when u check out u supposed to leave the key in the lock box but u can see the problem is once u lock ur keys in the lockbox u dont have key to open the lobby door. so it requires u to go downstairs first and unlocked the lobby door and jam it open with something and run back up to 5th floor and lock the key in lockbox and run back down ( with all ur luggages in tow) and hopefully the lobby door still jammed opened. Obviously none of these procedures are mentioned at all in the checkout procedures.
