The location for my needs was ideal. The coffee pot worked. The refrigerator worked. The TV worked,
Number One: The stairs to the bedroom are a DEATH TRAP waiting to haapen. Anyone not as healthy/fit ass I am would NOT be able to climb the staircase. A single item such as a toiletry bag is all that can be carried on these staris. Two: The top of the stairs actually ocupies part of the entrance to the washroom. So if during the night the toilet is needed one has to be careful not to go to far out of the room. THREE: The shower is very small (and that was ok for me), but three times I slipped significantly when exiting the shower. Four. I only had to use the frying pan once. It's (was) a non-stick that no longer has a non-stick. Scratched completely. Noise was a major issue but that could happen anywhere.

Location good, parking space, heating excellent, mostly clean, quiet area.
Water cascading from blocked gutter at front door. Mattress needs replacing. Wifi very sketchy. Stairs extremely steep. Water runs from underneath shower to puddle at bathroom door. All pans need replacing. Unable to contact owner by email but problems weren't quickly fixable anyway, tlc needed. Some issues highlighted before still not addressed. We went to Premier Inn for second night.

Great location and perfect size for a couple. Had a washing machine. And there were two excellent pubs on nearby street corners.
There should be a mention of the very tight parking and to bring a small car!

Loved location, really quiet in the middle of so many cute streets. Recommend the Prince of Wales round the corner for a drink in the sun in their deck out the back
Those steep stairs are steep! Had to prepare myself to go down them. Disappointed to see the drawers were broken in bedroom and therefore couldn’t be used. Shower kept running cold. Bed too low for us. Needs a revamp.

Great location, had everything you need, comfortable, stylish, clean, beautiful and cute.
Nothing it was picture postcard.

The property is lovely, it has its own parking space and is tucked away yet at the same time very close to the city centre. Great options for food and drinks all within walking distance. A lovely little outside area to sit on a warm evening. Great open plan downstairs with the benefit of a separate room that provides a washer machine. Lovely and comfortable throughout.
For longer stays it would be lovely to have had a freezer box and a microwave, but these are nice to haves and not essentials. Access to wifi as the mobile signal was not of the best quality would be really appreciated.

Lovely quiet location.
Bed could have been firmer.
Stairs have a narrow tread for feet. Although a left side handrail was present care needed to to be taken when going down stairs a second handrail would be beneficial.

Location excellent for convenience to Shrewsbury
I am a bit of a technophobe and struggled understanding the heating controls.
The shower controls were difficult to operate- the heat of the water oscillated very quickly from hot to scalding to cold.
A coffee table would have been useful.

Good location, warm when we worked out the heating and well equipped.
The stairs! Incredibly steep - more like a carpeted ladder than a staircase - and a creaky bed which to be fair was comfortable. If we hadn’t managed to get into the parking space I have no idea where we would have parked - all nearby roads were fully parked while we were there. A microwave would have been really useful in a holiday property - the oven had never been cleaned by the look of it.

The location is absolutely fantastic! And the house was exceptional, being very cosy, clean and very peaceful. I had two amazing nights sleep, the bed was comfortable 🙏🥰
There was nothing that I didn't like about it, the everything was exceptionally, and will definitely stay there again, thankyou 🙏

The location was perfect to access the town and the cottage was lovely, everything we needed for a weekend away.
Few bits in the kitchen for when we cooked, a cloth and a worktop protector.

Was cosy and warm. Good kitchen facilities.
The stairs are very steep and narrow. The bathroom door is too close to the stairs making it very dangerous, especially at night. One step too many and you're down the treacherous stairs. A warning should be put on the property description. The bed is not comfortable, noisy and lumpy. The access road to the property is awful, very stressful when you first arrive, trying to find it in a heavily congested lane.

We loved the space and how lovely the house was kept
The only thing we struggled with was cold inside the house but we did go in a snow storm so its probably a time of year issue rather than the property

This is a gem of a property to stop at for Shrewsbury. The location is perfect with plenty of on street parking literally on the door step of the property. The front entrance is around the back and tucked away off the main street which gives more privacy. A 60 second walk down the road there is a lovely coffee shop, local pub and spar shop for any supplies you might need and just a few metres further is the main bridge over the Severn into the town centre of Shrewsbury - the location really was perfect for me!
The property itself is perfect. Excellent WIFI facilities that allowed me to work from the house, smart TV in both the bedroom and down stairs living room and I even made use of the Amazon Alexa there. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a washer in the utility section. The house itself was warm and cosy perfect for the colder evenings. The bathroom was spotless with a clean modern shower with a rain dish and paddle :)
Made a wonderful change to a hotel as it really did feel like home.
No doubt I will be back when I am next working in Shrewsbury.
