Location, facilities, entry directives.
Unable to warm sleeping area. Radiators were inactive, hence a low temperature at night. Also the insulation to property above was minimal. Noise of people walking was annoying.

Location was brilliant right in the centre of Morpeth
The downpipe from the upstairs flat was boxed off in the corner of the room so everytime their shower ran/toilet flushed, you could here the water.

The property itself is spacious. The bedroom/living area has high ceilings. The kitchen is a good size although we didn't use much of it. Bathroom also a good size. The private parking, albeit tight, was great.
The property was not clean upon arrival (hairs/dirt) but the host was able to get it cleaned promptly which we appreciated. Facilities are a bit dated now. Not a comfortable mattress. Street noise is loud due to single glazing.
