The location of the apartments was just perfect, right in the centre. The apartment felt very comfortable and clean with lots of room and everything we could need. The beds were comfortable and the bath in apartment 2 was amazing.
Communication with the property team was excellent. We have already recommend the property to family and have booked another of their properties for over Christmas this year as we loved the decor, feel and friendliness.
It also has the bonus of being dog friendly which we will take up on future visits.
Unfortunately we did not use the spa facilities this time.
Great easy check in and check out.

The only thing I liked about this property was the shower.
Well, on first glance at the apartment, everything looked ok, until it just wasn’t at all. I found stains which looked like blood, dotted onto the edge of my pillow. There were other bodily stains on both the mattress cover and duvet as well as the headboard itself.
A hair brush, sweet wrapper and other items were found in the bedside drawer from the previous visitors I assume.
The toilet was left unflushed from previous visitors upon arrival.
There was a pile of dirt on the floor next to the kitchen bin which was just left there and used tissues in the bedroom drawer.
Also on our first night there, we were woken up on multiple occasions to people shouting at each-other in the main corridor. On Saturday morning when heading out for the day, there was a pile of smashed glass, a pair of socks and bin bags infront of the main door.
I tried contacting the main line of contact for the stay, named Alex who said he would try to reach house keeping. House keeping never arrived and I have then reached out for a refund review as it is simply unacceptable the way things have been left and that has also been refused.
Also just to mention, you have to pay for the use of the hot tub and other outdoor spa facilities which I did not know upon booking and it is shared with all other apartments in the block.

The location was perfect, right on one of the main streets in Morpeth. Decor is contemporary but in keeping with the property.
As it's a Georgian building it does get noisy outside on a weekend. Ear plugs are provided. We had two dogs with us so were paranoid about them disturbing other residents.

What’s not to like full apartment for the price of a double hotel room if had to say anything I didn’t like was my apartment only had a shower but not the end of the world

The spa facilities were very nice, didn't realise I needed to preheat the sauna, should have been included in the price.
Single glazed windows, struggled to sleep and listen to the tv in the living area.

The location was perfect for us. We wanted to be in town. Enjoyed the restaurants and shops nearby.
However, the single pane windows were useless for keeping out the very loud street noise from the bars as well as the street traffic from 2am to about 3am … And there was no switch for the hallway lights, instead a very bright sensor light goes on when going to the toilet in the middle of the night. There was no parking disc available as promised and no place to buy one after 5pm when we arrived. This resulted in our getting a £25ticket for parking overnight. Furthermore, the Booksy site would not allow me to reserve a time for the spa and we didn’t want to risk a £200 fine for not misuse.

nicely presented property
very noisy due to main street location

Property was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Great location in central Morpeth. Communication was excellent and speedy. And the decoration of the flat very sophisticated.
The central location is great but the windows are single glazed and it is noisy during the night. The earplugs help which the accommodation provided but not for light sleepers. Be careful with car parking as there are restrictions on length of stay but all clearly marked. You just need to keep moving.

Morpeth is a lovely town with so many nice bars, shops and parks. The apartment is right on the high street and the parking is just around the corner. The set up is unique and a nice quirky change from standard hotel rooms.
The noise from the road was unbearable at times even with the ear plugs. The windows were closed but you could hear conversations of people walking past and then HGVs as early as half 4 one morning. It did put a downer on the stay as it was all night long 😞 Small things like a draining board needed. The TV didn't have any BBC, ITV or C4 channels either so it was Netflix only and luckily the last guests hadn't signed out of their account.

Bathroom flooded due to cover on the shower drain not allowing the water to drain away. Not enough chairs for 4 people to sit around the table. Cups with no handles so holding a cup of hot tea was difficult. The cords for the window blinds were too short, making it difficult to reach. Lighting in the living room was inadequate.

I recently spent two nights at Bridge Street Apartments and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The location couldn’t be more ideal — right in the heart of the city, with everything from restaurants and shops to cultural landmarks just a short walk away. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, you’ll find yourself perfectly positioned to explore.
The attention to detail throughout the apartment was outstanding. From the pristine cleanliness to the thoughtful touches like fresh coffee, quality toiletries, and clear, easy-to-follow check-in instructions, everything had been considered to make the stay as seamless and comfortable as possible.
The interior design deserves a special mention. Stylish, modern, and tastefully curated, the apartment manages to feel both sophisticated and welcoming. The furnishings were not only aesthetically pleasing but also exceptionally comfortable — especially the bed, which offered a perfect night’s sleep.
Overall, Bridge Street Apartments exceeded all expectations. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining a high standard, and it truly made for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful apartment conveniently situated in the centre of Morpeth. Immaculate with very comfortable sitting area, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. The apartment is stylish and modern with everything you need and more. The communication from the owners is on point and we had a further email on the day of our arrival to check that everything was to our satisfaction. M&S Food is just around the corner and there are lots of interesting shops. Very close to the bus station and a 10 minute walk from the train station so very convenient for days out without taking the car. So nice that for such lovely accommodation it’s dog friendly with no additional charges. Highly recommended.
Nothing to dislike.

Easy check in. Very clean, bed was comfortable, warm. Convenient location.
Basic kitchen set up. Could do with a cheese grater and colander.
Unit 3 fronted the Main Street and it was very noisy so you need earplugs.
Sensor lights in the hallway are very annoying, they come on when you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and light the entire place up. Not a necessary thing!

Beautiful apartment (we were upgraded to apartment 5). Simon from the company happened to be in the lobby when we arrived and left, and couldn’t have been more helpful - a real asset. Beds were comfy and apartment clean. Very centrally located.
Parking was a bit of a hassle - street drop off then car had to be moved to car park 5 minutes away, made unloading a bit difficult but thankfully there was a space free on the unloading bay. Electrics interesting - lights tripped on first day but located fuse box to turn back on, and very loud alarm building wide because someone in another apartment had showered with bathroom door open and steam had activated it. Also not a fan of only bathroom being a wet room - don’t think that works unless bathroom is big.

Nice decor comfy bed
Cold shower for two days
Single glazed windows were way to loud booths night could hear everyone and everything on the street outside. Toilet or shower drain must be blocked because it’s smelt foul in the bathroom! Also cold!! Hot tub was nice but should of been for £27 all in 😅

Property was lovely decor was stunning and the location was ideal for what we came for
The focal point of the apartment the free standing bath and the plug did not work making it unusable, the radiator in the bedroom did not work making it a cold room to sleep in. At first I thought it was just me and my partner not fully understanding how to use it however we got the 2 in the living room to work and the cooking hobs in the kitchen rather didn’t work or was just too confusing as the only thing we could get working was the extraction fan as that was the only thing that came on
