I have stayed in this house before and it works for me.
There was nothing that I did not like, I have suggestions for improvement however they have cost issues:
1 A smart speaker system allowing music or radio in the Kitchen and Dinning room.
2. An" en-suite" WC in the main bedroom.( Saniflo unit or similar)

Lovely cottage. Well appointed. Helpful owner. 10 minute walk from station, 5 minutes into town, beaches an easy 15-20 minutes drive.
Difficult to find when we arrived. Would be helpful to provide map and description to all guests.

Home from home; warm and cosy; comfortable beds with blackout curtains and good kitchen facilities. Great location for walks in the park, supermarket 5 minute walk and good parking.
