Expensive but clean and tidy.

Location was good.

No hand wash or shower gel in bathroom. Bath was out of use and was taped over. No tea/coffee available either. For the price we paid, we would expect there to be hand soap at the very least.

The property was in a great location and was perfect for us to base ourselves during our holiday.

It lacked a lot of essentials such as hand soap, washing up liquid, anti bacterial spray, etc that I’d expect in a self catered property to help maintain the house. If these aren’t to be provided, it would be useful to know that beforehand.

Lovely cottage but for the price I would have expected more.

Location was fab. Cottage was lovely.

No finishing touches like soap or complimentary toiletries. Only 1 toilet roll supplied for 6 adults for 2 days! One bed was as camp bed, no good for an adult.

Convenient location to downtown and our family. It was perfect for us.

Retail bookstore on the main floor has changed names making it a little more difficult to find.

lovely bedding. comfortable bedrooms. hot shower. well situated by day. Car parking spot

cat poo on astroturf in garden on arrival. Funny smell in kitchen on arrival. no dishwasher tablets or fairy liquid which we would expect for the price paid. Rather noisy at night due to centrality.

Exceptional

Really lovely home in the most central of locations. Right around the corner from shops, bars and restaurants yet still quiet and right beside the river. The photos didn't do it justice as it was a lot bigger than expected.

Interesting accommodation in the heart of Morpeth, a good base to see this area of the north east.

Pleasing location enabling easy access to the town of Morpeth. Plenty of eateries within a few hundred yards. Accommodation pleasant and warm. Spacious for two. Nice bathroom with good shower. Comfortable main bedroom.

Dining space in kitchen would be tight if there were six guests. It would have been helpful to have instructions for the television to avoid bothering the owner. Parking a bit tight if two large cars are used.

The property is in an excellent location right next to the river and within easy walking distance from the town centre. very quiet and has lovely views from some of the rooms over the river.

Excellent stay

Cottage was great. In the centre of town close to all amenities. Had everything we needed for a lovely weeks stay. High standard of cleanliness throughout, comfy beds, plenty cups, glasses, crockery etc. parking space around the back which was a great bonus.
