Landlord quickly took care of some minor issues during our stay.
Integral car garage on ground floor of property is too small to accommodate medium to large vehicles. (SUVs and estates). Access to garage problematic as often blocked with vans and wagons accessing rear of adjacent commercial properties. If you car is too large to use the garage it is difficult to find alternative free parking nearby.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and I loved the decor which gave the property a homely feel. I also loved the “upside down” layout with the open plan living/eating on the top floor. Abdul (the owner) was very helpful and even escorted me to the local convenience store on arrival even though there was already orange juice and milk in the fridge that had been placed there for me. Abdul owns The Morpeth Tandoori round the corner and his food is delicious!!
Difficult to find anything negative. I could have stayed there indefinitely 🤪

On arrival we was met by Abdul the owner, who was very genuine and helpful.
The property itself excelled our expectations, the rooms very spotless, beds comfy and shower hot and powerful just to mention a few things.
When every you thought "oh we need", Abdul ha thought of it.
The location is perfect, literally 2 minutes into the town that has a wide choice or restaurants and bars, only 15 minute walk to the train station.
We will be back.
Struggled to find online a inventory of what was included, it maybe there, but I struggled.
As it happen it had everything and more (including a torch in the bedside cabinet).
It was hard to change the temperature on the shower, not sure if it was broke. We set the temperature at the boiler (turned it down) and that was fine.
