The size and decoration of the appartment. The spices, oil, balsamico and even risotto rice that we found in the kitchen. The nice neighborghood.

Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was es für 2 Paare braucht, 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einen Doppelbett, zusätzlich ist ein Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett ausgestattet. Die Räume sind ausreichend groß und mit je einem Kleiderschrank, so dass man alles auspacken kann. Das Wohn- Esszimmer ist für 6 Personen ausgestattet. die Einrichtung in der Küche ist gut. Es ist alles vorhanden wie beschrieben, auch die Waschmaschine, die es erleichtert, weniger Kleindung mitnehmen zu müssen, da man waschen kann. Der kleine Balkon ist für 4 Personen für gemütliche Abende bei Wein ausreichend.
Sabrina hat sich von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut um uns gekümmert, sie war erreichbar, wenn wir auch nicht viel Hilfe in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Anreise war unkompliziert (Navi erkennt die Andresse) und auch gibt es an der Straße Parkplätze. Es ist ein Wohngebiet, daher auch sehr ruhig und vor allem sehr zentral gelegen. Wir konnten jeden Tag/Abend zu Fuß in die schöne Altstadt laufen (ca. 1,5 km). Lucca ist wunderschön, vor allem an den Abenden, wenn die Tagestouristen abgereist sind. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es gute Pizzerien, die hervorragende Pizzen backen, die man dann gemütlich in der Wohnung verspeisen kann, somit ist es nicht nötig, auch wenn man nicht kochen, oder essen gehen mag.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Die Betten haben Fußteile, dass war für uns eher schwierig, aber nach ein paar Nächten ging auch dies. Unsere Empfehlung an die Vermietung beim Bettentausch, Betten ohne Fußteile anzuschaffen, wäre für große Menschen besser.
Wie auch in anderen Städten, ist der Verkehr zu hören, vor allem die Motorroller und auch die Müllabfuhr, die immer sehr früh unterwegs ist.

It is very nice accommodation well within walking distance of Lucca. Three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen, etc. Easy access to main roads and toll road. Everything as advertised or better; pictures are giving a correct impression.
Unfortunately scooters like to pass the area at night at high speed. So if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

The appartment was big with beautiful furniture. There was room enough for a bigger group with nice dining room and two bathrooms. Good facilities.
The information and communication before and during the stay was fluent.
Peaceful aerea. Easy to walk to Lucca or find other places in the region by car. Near the house you will find parking places. We stayd a week in the appartment and I really recommed it.
If you would like to spend time in the garden it is not very easy. Although it is big and good cared. But perphaps you won't even have time for that, there is so much else to do and see. You have to be able to walk to second floor.
