This was an amazing find for us !! Without doubt the cleanest place we have EVER stayed in. Beautiful location, the room was outstanding and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. We cannot recommend this location highly enough.

Fantastic B&B in a great location

Very clean and modern. Large bedroom with fridge, Netflix and YouTube. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Very comfortable beds. Large lounge with complimentary drinks. A dedicated parking space for each of the three rooms. In a leafy suburban location. Amazing tasty continental breakfast with a wide choice and optional eggs, bacon and sausages. Very welcoming and friendly owners.

A very pleasant and relaxing stay

Everything was perfect from the very beginning: easy and rapid communication and check-in, excellent accommodation in a new, modern and comfortable hotel in a private property, delicious breakfast with homemade pastry, and, above all, the kindness, hospitality and sociability of our hosts Joelle and Bernard. They made us feel at home. Convenient connection to Brussels city centre with tram no. 4. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay; we highly recommend and will definitely come again.

This property is truly exceptional. The only thing that in our opinion need some seeing to is the beds, which are so narrow that at times the mattress actually slips off the bed, Admittedly I am a large person so part of this might be attributable to that but my wife, who is quite slight complained of the same issue. Other than that, a truly great property - well done

the decoration of the room and the living room modern contemporary, very cozy feels like home, very quiet for a weekend

flexibilidade in late check-in, clean and very space room, Bernard it’s always there to help by giving advice on restaurante to eat and introduce to a more cheap taxi than the Uber and bolt, yea the white cab it’s cheap thank above, amazing breakfast was a banquet kkk, I do high recommend this place.

Not to have any shopping Center around or off licence that you can reach in less than 10min walk, could be the fact that’s a small city.

The breakfast is amazing, you will always be full and happy. Bernard is an amazing host and super welcoming. The room is clean and cleaned every day, the wifi is not very strong in the common area but generally very good. There is a good working area if you need some space and silence.

Tour de Geuze 2022

Fantastic breakfast! Bernand and Joelle are super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for the Tour de geuze 2022, 4 km north from Oud Beersel. Bernard gave us lift down and we could walk back or take a taxi back.

The breakfast was excellent and I must tell that the owners went far beyond what is expected. The location was ideal to get to our supplier in the area. I also liked the easy parking. We had a great stay and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Un endroit exceptionnel

L'emplacement est top : près de Bruxelles, il y a des restaurants accessibles à pied. La maison est très jolie, les chambres sont neuves, la salle de bain nickel. Beaucoup de petites attentions qui font la différence. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Il y a du wifi dans la maison et dans les chambres. Quand à Bernard, je vous dis encore un grand merci pour m'avoir dépannée alors que je ne trouvais pas de moyens d'aller sur l'usine où je devais me déplacer. Un bel endroit et des hôtes exceptionnel, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
