Great stay for a family of 4

Nice flat. poor communication.

We were very happy with the flat overall — it was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The building had a lift, which was really convenient, and the flat itself was bright, well-furnished, and in a great location. Everything felt just as we expected, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay once we were settled in.

Unfortunately, our arrival experience left a lot to be desired. We had requested to check in between 12:00 and 13:00 and were under the impression this would be possible. However, we ended up waiting outside for four hours in the heat, and were not told access wouldn’t be granted until 17:00. The communication from the managers was unclear and confusing — they gave us a key code several times but failed to mention it wouldn’t work until later. If they had simply told us this in advance, we could have planned our day differently instead of wasting hours and energy. In addition, when we finally entered the flat, we noticed that the bedsheets were crumpled and poorly arranged, which made us question whether they had been changed at all. It gave a bad first impression and made us feel unsure about the cleanliness of the space. This really matters when you’re walking into a new place for the first time.

A good option for a group of 3-4 friends or for a family with teenage or adult children.

The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment, separated by hallways and doors, which offers a good level of privacy. Please note that there is only one toilet in the apartment, but each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and a sink. The rooms are spacious, with large windows and shutters that block out light effectively – even light sleepers should be able to rest well. Although the apartment is in a building just seconds away from the charming Place Antoine Vollon, the street itself is quiet and with light traffic. It’s also close to the Saône River – a nice bonus if you enjoy jogging. In the mornings, we loved getting fresh croissants from Maison Terrasson, a wonderful artisanal boulangerie just a few minutes away on Rue Sainte-Hélène. In the evenings, we enjoyed fine dining at Café Arsène and the lively atmosphere at Durden Café.

Two toilets would have been great. The elevator is very small (only big enough for one person and one suitcase), but that’s the case for many buildings in this area.

great location. apartment is spacious with lots of light but also quiet and comfortable. we could cook simple stuff in the kitchen, everything worked and enough cooking equipment.

only problem was that the shower head in the large bedroom was not attached to the wall properly. fortunately the second bathroom was fine.

Superbe adresse lyonnaise

Honnêtement, j’ai séjourné dans de nombreux appartements à Lyon, mais celui-ci reste pour moi le meilleur. Le quartier est très calme et permet de monter facilement vers Fourvière pour découvrir le vrai Lyon. Concernant l’appartement, il dispose de toutes les fonctionnalités utiles et pratiques, et l’espace est très grand. Le personnel de l’agence est au top : réactif, efficace, et toujours prêt à solutionner le moindre souci. En résumé, je ne peux que recommander cette équipe. Un grand merci aux garçons de l’agence, toujours aux petits soins avec moi.

Déception nouvel an

L'emplacement, les 2 chambres et leur salles d'eau

Pour 4 personnes,î n'y avait que 5 verres dépareillés, 3 petites cuillères et 3 bols. Pas de saladier, Pour les poêles et casseroles : sur 6 antiadhesives, 5 sont profondément railles donc dangereuses pour la santé. La 6° impect est malheureusement bombée dons inutilisable sur les plaques (il faut la déplacer pour que la plaque ait assez de surface de contact pour chauffer.) Les prises sur le plan de travail suivent quand on veut debrancher un appareil, laissant apparaître la connexion(danger) Sortons de la cuisine et nous trouvons la même chose sur les plans des salles d'eau. Dans le salon, un trou dans le parquet et une chaise sur 5 inutilisable, il manque la vis qui relie le pied (risque de chute). Pour finir, les poignées de porte des toilettes et d'une chambre vous restent dans les mains faute de vis.

Angenehme Aufenthalt mitten in Lyon!

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, das Appartement super, mit 2 Badezimmer wirklich ein Luxus! Es war warm und angenehm in den Zimmern, Mit den Schlüsseln hat auch alles gut funktioniert.

Das einzige, das uns etwas gestört hat, war die zu späte Check-in Zeit. Aber ansonsten super. Noch eine kleine Bemerkung: für Badezimmer wäre etwa mehr Seife sehr willkommen gewesen.

Appartement trés bien....revoir votre service client

Taille de l appartement, propreté et bon emplacement avec calme des voisins et dans la rue.

A l arrivée nous avons contacté le service client qui n a pas été capable de répondre à notre souhait d'avancer d une heure notre arrivée et nous a indiqué de mauvaises informations ( dixit les femmes de menage sont presentes alors que non). Parquet a un endroit trés abimé...ca fait desordre par rapport au bon état de l appartement Il faudrait prévoir un kit d acceuil propreté car meme si il y a du savon et une eponge, maintenant que jai decouvert les kits un Air de Vacances, cela me parait indispensable pour vous démarquer dans le haut de gamme Il faudrait egalement revoir l ascenceur qui branle beaucoup ;-)

Fiyat performans açısından mükemmel.

Konum çok iyi. Eski şehir ve oradaki restoranlara ulaşım çok kolay. Bütün şehri yürüyerek gezdik. Çok yakındaki Parc Tilsitt'e arabamızı bıraktığımız için çok rahat ettik. Evde iki bağımsız yatak odası ve her iki odada da banyo olduğu için dört kişinin konaklamasına çok uygun. Ortak tek bir tuvalet var ama yeterli. Buzdolabı ve Nespresso makinesi sorunsuz çalışıyor. Banyolardaki duş jeli ve şampuanlar yeni alınmıştı. Havlular ve nevresimler de çok temizdi.

Yatak ve yastıklar biraz daha rahat olabilir. Perdeler ve salondaki koltuk da çok iyi durumda değil maalesef. Dolapların içleri de daha temiz olabilir.
