La ubicación es muy buena, a pie se llama al centro histórico sin problema, muchos cafés y restaurantes muy cerca
Es un edificio muy viejo y le falta mucho mantenimiento en general, la regadera no se mantiene en su lugar y de cae, no hay café, poco jabón de manos, no recomendado para adultos mayores por muchas escaleras
