Perfect stay for a couple of days. Dijon is terrific!!

The host Fatiha was very responsive and provided Check in instructions some days before arrivals. Which gives a good feeling that you are taken care of.

I would prefer not only the house number but also the information that when you come by car, the gps brings you to the wrong building :) and that you need to look for a specific building name (and give this name!). May be some fotos. And that the entrance is only from the parking lot. Otherwise it was a little confusing for us and we had to call the landlord on mobile to check everything. For the rest nothing to complain about! Thank you, Fatiha!

Gemütliche Wohnung in guter Lage.

Die Unterkunft war recht gemütlich und warm (sehr gut bei naßkaltem Dezemberwetter), das Bett bequem und die Lage sehr gut, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Toll, dass ein kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden ist. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut und wir können die Wohnung durchaus empfehlen.

Die Heizkörper sollten einmal abgesaugt werden. Sie waren dick eingestaubt. Die Küche ist auch etwas dürftig ausgestattet, aber wir hatten selbst einige Dinge dabei. Die Handtücher wurden mit viel zu viel Weichspüler behandelt! Lieber sind sie etwas kratzig, dann trocknen sie weitaus besser😉.

Nous avions sélectionné cet appartement pour le parking. Or, la propriétaire nous a informé en dernière minute, quelques heures avant l'arrivée, qu'elle ne pourrait pas nous donner l'accès, prétextant un badge cassé, tentant de nous rassurer en expliquant que le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue. Effectivement, une fois arrivés, nous avons trouvé un parking fermé, impossible de se garer et le stationnement est bien gratuit dans la rue, mais complètement saturé ! Le quartier est résidentiel, il manque cruellement de place. Gros point noir pour notre week-end : on a du trouver un voisin pour nous ouvrir vers 22h30, puis on dépendait pour nos déplacements des entrées et sorties dans la co-propriété. Bref, un casse-tête ! Concernant l'appartement, il est fonctionnel, mais défraichi, sent le tabac et le renfermé, enfin l'absence de WC séparé n'est pas pratique !

Wohnung OK, aber KEINE WLAN

Die Wohnung an sich ist relativ gut ausgestattet und räumlich und das Bett ist bequem. Über die Küchenausstattung kann ich wenig sagen, da wir sie so gut wie gar nicht benutzt haben. Mit dem Auto erreicht man das Zemtrum mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in 10 - 15 Minuten. Positiv ist auch, dass ein zugewiesener Parkplatz zur Einheit gehört.

ABER (!!!) was überhaupt nicht geht, ist dass sich die Objektbeschreibung mit Merkmalen schmückt, die gar nicht vorhanden sind!!! In diesem konkreten Fall handelt es sich um die angeblich vorhandene WLAN. Sie war zwar vorhanden und man konnte sich mittels des mitgeteilten Passworts einloggen, aber das bringt doch gar nicht, wenn sie keine Verbindung zum Internet hat. Ich kann sogar Nachsehen, wenn wegen eines unvorhersehbaren Erreignisses (Netzstörung oder Stromausfall) die Internetverbindung abbricht, aber dass der Inhaber die Gäste mit diesem Problem alleine lässt - DAS GEHT GAR NICHT!!! Als ich mich darüber beschwert habe, kam zuerst eine skurrile Anweisung, ich möge bitte den Router (der sich hinter dem Herd - !!! - befinden soll) neustarten und wenn das nicht geht (wie soll das bitte gehen?!?), soll ich den Hauptstromschalter einmal aus- und wieder einschalten. Ich brauchte eine Viertel Stunde, um rauszufinden, wie ich den Stromkasten aufmachen kann, aber auch nach der ausgeführten "Abhilfe" hat sich absolut gar nichts getan. Danach hat die gnädige Besitzerin, trotz meiner Meldung, kein Lebenszeichen von sich gegeben! Eigentlich sollte man bei solcher Differenz zwischen der versprochenen und der tatsächlichen Leistung eine Entschädigung kriegen, aber wir wollten die Stadt besichtigen und nicht uns mit solchem Kram herumschlagen.

Logement bien placé, et pratique. Accès possible en autonomie. L'hôte est extrêmement réactif. Lieu calme et reposant. Place de stationnement privative très appréciable.

Pour notre part, le matelas n'était pas trop adapté à notre dos.

Appartement agréable sans vis a vis tout en étant dans une résidence immeuble. l'endroit est paysagé et on n'a vraiment pas limpression d'etre en immeuble et en ville. les echanges que j'ai pu avoir avec la personne de chez booking ont ete reactifs. Dijon est une tres jolie ville. Je recommande cet endroit.

Cosy, calme, chaleureux

Une hôtesse très sympathique, qui reçoit avec attention: nous avons certes apprécié l’accueil et la disponibilité de notre hôtesse, mais également le calme des lieux, la propreté, le couchage très confortable, et les équipements. La résidence avec parking fermé est très appréciable (seul bémol: attention si vous avez une voiture très volumineuse comme notre van!), et le bâtiment en lui-même est calme aussi. Parfait pour le repos et la détente après une grosse journée! Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et gardons ce lieu dans nos favoris si nous devons revenir sur Dijon.
