- view from balcony was breathtaking. - restaurants and grocery stores within 1-2 mins walk. - well equipped kitchen. - large sized apartment which was very roomy for 4 adults+ 1 baby

- instructions to find the particular apartment unit was not clear given the keys pick up was from another location. The telephone details located on the arrival instructions (+330786471771) was not in service, we had to call the UK office (+442070990868) of Happy Rentals, which we found on Google to get the contact details of the Chamonix office. - bathroom shower was clogged, we had to declog it with store bought cleaner. Surely housekeeping would have noticed this when they were cleaning up after the previous guests & should have proactively fixed this. - housekeeping could be a little practical & reasonable. We stayed for 5 nights but there were insufficient toiletries and dishwasher tablets/liquid to last the duration of our stay for 4 adults. Given that the office was not onsite, we just ended up purchasing from the stores nearby. - window blinds were faulty, obstructing what would have otherwise been a fantastic view. - the apartment could do with a good spring cleaning. Throw out all the empty boxes and broken items e.g. vacuum cleaners occupying the cupboards. Replace the faulty lightbulbs .. there were at least 2-3 faulty ones in the hall.

La caisse à outils, en entrant dans l’appartement, le premier jour, en plein milieu du couloir. Lorsque l’on est arrivé à l’appartement, le premier jour, La trace de merde, dans les toilettes, et qui n’a pas été nettoyée !

Opvaskemaskine var gået i stykker, man kunne ikke sidde ordetligt i sofaerne, alt for lidt bestik og glas, ingen skirum og man måtte ikke gå med skistøvler i bygningen - vi måtte parkere lige ved bygningen til 40 euro pr døgn for at det kunne lade sig gøre
