Great location and good value with some trade-offs.

Chamonix Resort management was extremely responsive and helpful. They primarily communicated via WhatsApp and spoke English natively. Additionally, the location of the unit is excellent with good access to both the city center and the Brevent gondola. Finally, the unit was reasonably clean and provisioned.

Picking up and dropping off the keys at the Chamonix Resort office was an unnecessary hassle requiring a 15+ minute walk—I wish they had used a lockbox instead. The photos make the unit appear larger than it actually is, and the bathroom setup is suboptimal with two bathrooms split across three locations. The unit is adjacent to the elevator which can be heard whenever it's in use. Additionally, access to the ski locker is not provided, which is problematic because it's against building rules to take equipment into the unit or to walk around in ski boots, and the residents were quite eager to point this out to us. Finally, the neighbors are belligerent, and will bang on the walls and start screaming if you make any noise, such as speaking above a whisper or using kitchen appliances. Though we were very quiet and always asleep by 10pm, this negative interaction occurred at times such as 8:15am, 11am, and 9pm.

Small apartments with unusable bedrooms

Excellent location in quiet part of Chamonix within walking distance to everywhere. Decent cooking facility but why you do not have coffee cups there? Now it starts to be better (I hope) as we bought it.

Sleeping rooms were awful. Small dark rooms with lack of lighting. You cannot read there even in daylight and it is absolutely impossible after sunset. Rooms locate under the roof and ceiling is so low that you cannot even seat on the bed. In whole room you can stand upright only at the door. Living room is quite spacious for four persons but not more. Yo will have only 4 chairs around table and small sitting place near the window. Combine it with unusable bedrooms and you find you do not have enough space to live.

Bad , we not recommend for any one to go there

The location

We have been in more than 10 ski travels and we never had such a disappointing experience from booking apartment 1. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment in contrary to what is written in the booking details , we couldn’t connect the Wi-Fi in the apartment and when we tried to get help from the owner we didn’t get any adequate response 2. Basic equipment was missing in the apartment (toilet ) 3. The owner wasn’t kind and wasn’t responsive for any of our request/messages 4. We clean the apartment before the check out and the owner asked as to clean more or she doesn’t return as the 800 euro deposit.

Great location close to main lift and a short walk to the town. Quality apartment for a group or family and large ski storage available on ground floor.

Be aware, the road between the lift and town centre is steep, especially hard in ski boots!

Very nice appartment fully equipped, you feel there like a home. In the center close to the main square. Beautiful view to the Brevent peak. Very clear.

It was the worst experience with a local agent who manages the accommodation we ever faced. Local agent come to give us a key on the day of our arrival and she didn't explained nothing in connection with store bicycles or anything else. We just get only an information from the owner where we can store the skis and we didn't get a key from ski room where we have to put also bicycles (we found out on the day of our leaving from local agent) We store our new road bikes on the balcony and we didn't damaged anything. We also didn't get information about wifi - we have to ask again local agent after she left the place. On the day of our leaving local agent came up and she was very frustrated and angry to us. When we left the place and we have expecting our deposit 800€ back we just got an information that the local agent issue an invoice for 100€ because she has to clean the place after our leaving. She has to store mess up toys and sticky floor (!) Absolutely unprofessional because there is also cleaning fee and that's mean you don't have to make a place tidy before you leave (If that should be done before we leave we can make it but one tell us this requirement..) Pure dissapointment. In attachement you can find an invoice from local agent. Good luck If you will choose this accommodation!
