90m2 hypercentre, terrace, next to ski lift

De locatie is gewoon geweldig. Om de hoek van de autoluwe winkel/restaurant straat. Vanuit hier loop je in enkele minuten naar de liften richting de Mont Blanc of de Brévent aan de andere zijde. Bushalte richting andere plaatsen verderop in het dal voor de deur. Het appartement bevind zich boven een dokters/tandarts praktijk. Het heeft 2 slaapkamers waarvan 1 met 2 aparte bedden. Het heeft 2 badkamers, 1 met douche en 1 met bad. De druk is wat laag om goed gebruik te maken van de jacuzzi. Het appartement heeft ook een terras welke uitzicht biedt op de bergen. In sommige opzichten is het appartement wat verouderd (deurtje voor vaatwasser ontbrak bijv) maar het appartement was enorm schoon, wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Het is goed om te weten dat er geen airco is.

Location perfect. Nice touches like shower gel and some basics in the cupboards. I can imagine it being very cute in the winter with the log burner on.

Roof terrace a bit shabby and didn’t look like photos, no plants and Furniture was old and unstable. Not the owners fault but it was too hot, fans provided but just circulated hot air. It needs air con in the summer. Sink in bathroom looked pretty but useless as the water pressure was very low and the tap just reached into the sink.

Great location at the end of the high street, super central

The location is amazing. Right in the middle of town. Facilities like 2 bathrooms & outside space was a fantastic bonus.
