Lovely apartment, centrally located and with comfortable amenities

Location was amazing - right in the center of town, so it was easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The hosts were great about communicating with us as we went. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was awesome in the shower. The kitchen was well appointed and we had plenty of space to hang out, cook meals and play board games. I appreciated the handy binder with tips and tricks for the town and the apartment.

The one thing to know is that it's a bit tricky to access the place if you're getting dropped off by a taxi. We ended up having to walk from a car park up the hill, as the driver could not access the street during certain hours.

This was a perfect apartment for our family of 4. It was very comfortable, warm and cozy. The location was lovely, nice views and convenient to all facilities. We appreciated the washer and dryer and the 2nd toilet. It was bigger than we were expecting. Communication from Fabrice was excellent.

We loved everything. The only small thing for improvement - it would have been good to have had some milk and tea bags on arrival. But the grocery store was so close by it wasn’t a big issue.

Honestly, in terms of location, price, and overall condition, this is the best option, especially if you have a car, because you have parking in the underground garage and everything is close by, meaning you don't need the car at all.

As for me, I have no comments.

The location offered exceptionally easy access to the town. Everything was at a walking distance. The views were breathtaking. The car park added so much to the convenience. The apartment building appeared old but well maintained. The unit is well equipped and spacious enough yet cozy. The wooden closets, doors, and floors are beautiful and offer the quintessential authentic French experience. Although we arrived late (8 pm) after a 10-hr journey and it was pitch black, raining heavily with freezing temperatures, the host called me thru video to guide me step by step on how to collect the keys and park the car. I advise arrival during daylight to avoid any hassle. Overall it was all worth it.

Fantastic apartment that deserves the 4-star

Fantastic location. Very spacious apartment, and very clean. A good wifi connection. Having a garage was perfect to park the car, because parking in the city is really a problem. Overall, we were very satisfied with this apartment.

Just to say something, the instructions to get to the apartment could have been a little bit better, but in reality, we didn't have any problem.

Superb location & great owner

Fabrice was excellent in all ways - superb communication & extremely helpful. The apartment was in a brilliant location to access Chamonix, and it had first class facilities.

The outdoor furniture wasn't that comfortable, but that's a minor point amongst lots of positives.

Comfortable beds and seating area. Well equipped kitchen and good size living space. Underground parking was a bonus though a bit tight. Fabulous location right in the center of Chamonix.

It was a little tricky trying to find the location because I did not receive the message from What's App (I am not too familiar with it) but we contacted Fabrice and he was quick to respond to help us get in. The location is great once you are at the apartment. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. IT was a quiet location as well. We also enjoyed the little yard and table and chairs. The kitchen had everything one would need. Would definitely return to Fabrice's rental.

we really had a great stay. My only suggestion would be a fan for each bedroom. There was one fan which was great because it was hot during the day and didn't cool off too much at night. I realize the country is in a heat wave so this might be unsual weather. Not a big deal just a suggestion! I did have personal fan that I carry with me so that helped.

The absolute perfect accommodation for a Chamonix stay. Location could not be better - everything including bars, restaurants and excursions was in walking distance. Car parking space an added bonus as car hire is cheaper than return airport transfers. Instructions for check-in and check-out were so clear and the video really helpful. The long list of facilities just shows the attention to detail for guests. Will definitely return here when returning to Chamonix.

Wonderful apartment; money well spent!

The location was central with great access to Chamonix nightlife, but still very accessible with regards to the ski slopes. The kitchen was well eqipped for our purposes and the lounge was spaceous. The beds were comgortable and most important, the apartment was clean. Also worth mention was the great and timely communication with our host. Excelent!

Perfect apartment to start a perfect holiday.

The location is perfect if you participate any UTMB race, or just hiking around. Very close to train station and bus station. The host is extremely helpful and responsive to facilitate every of our queries and request. The view on the balcony is fabulous to see different moments of Mont Blanc. Highly recommend to stay here if you come to Chamonix for the first time

Excellent location! ideal location right next to the main street and very close to a small supermarket. super clean, super well equipped (even TVs in every room) super spacious and comfortable! great parking right under the building and the lift takes you right there. certainly the best property we have visited in Chamonix!

This is a very nice apartment in a great location near the center of Chamonix. It has a nice balcony with views of the mountains. Host is very responsive to messages.

The only thing we didn't like was that the rugs in the living room were curled up on the edges and presented a tripping hazard especially for an older member of our family.

The location is fantastic, you are literally 20 yards from the main tourist street in Chamonix. It is spacious with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer. It is new and modern.

I didn't get the email from Fabrice about how to get in to the parking and room but that was not his fault. I wish it would have been sent a week earlier. He came down within 5 minutes to help me get in.
