Our comfortable Alpine apartment is tucked away in a quiet residential area, yet is just a 5-minute walk from the vibrant centre of Chamonix and around 10 minutes on foot from the Brévent ski slopes.
With magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi from the living room and front bedrooms, plus a patio garden for enjoying the sunshine and an après-ski drink, the apartment is an ideal base for a relaxing mountain getaway.

This property is in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere and on the nicer days we sat outside at the table and chairs and enjoyed the incredible scenery.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and highly recommend it. The apartment is beautiful, with a modern décor and a kitchen that is extremely well equipped for cooking. Everything we needed was available.The view from the living room is absolutely incredible, with stunning views of Mont-Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. It was a real pleasure to relax in the living room and enjoy the scenery after a day of ski.The location is excellent. The apartment is on a quiet street but still very close to the town center. Restaurants, grocery stores, the bus station, and ski shuttles are all about a 5-10 minute walk away. It is very easy to get around on foot, and a car is not necessary.The host was also excellent and very helpful.We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again.

Here’s a balanced VRBO review that highlights both the positives and the issues you encountered:We stayed here for 10 days with six adults and overall had a good experience, though there are a few important things future guests should know.The house was comfortable for our group, with six single beds across three bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, the house was spacious enough for six people, and the location was excellent—just a short walk from the center of Chamonix, which was a huge advantage.The kitchen, however, could use some improvements. We were surprised to find only a very small mini fridge with no freezer, which was quite limiting for six people staying 10 days. There were also some maintenance issues, including exposed piping under the sink with a loose board covering it that repeatedly fell down. We also expected a few basic cooking essentials, such as coffee, olive oil, salt, and pepper, but none were provided aside from leftover items from previous guests. Additionally, we found ourselves missing some basics like hand soap in one of the bathrooms.Parking was our biggest disappointment. The listing advertised parking on the property, but despite there being three open spaces directly in front of the house, we were told we could only park one car down the street. Since we had two vehicles, this was difficult, and even after parking where we were instructed, a neighbor approached us multiple times saying we were not allowed to park there. This situation
