A good little affordable option for those on a budget. Avoid the underground car park

Good location. Interior was nice. Good kitchen facilities for such a compact space and bathroom was modern. Receptionist at Hotel Eden was lovely when collecting parking fob. Great to have a shop so close.

Optional underground car park situation is a nightmare, a concrete maze. Next to no instruction or guidance on where to park in relation to your apartment, we spent 90 minutes figuring out at midnight and the parking map doesn’t correspond to apartment details. Clearer instructions need to be given here on where to park and which exit to take for Iris apartment for example. Linen wasn’t added to bedding which at 2am when we arrived wasn’t fun. I feel like this could be prepared for the guests. Sofa bed mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. Lastly the dining table is too big for the space. Takes up too much room.

Cute, quiet, clean, newly renovated this apartment had everything we needed. Fresh comfortable linen, espresso machine and coffee. Plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware. Nice balcony with beautiful views. The contact was very welcoming, responsive, professional. Value Here !

The upper bed is unusable, because it's attachment to the wall was broken. +25 eur for 2nd pair of single bed sheets, but that's also my fault for not booking for 2 people to begin with.

Booking A: It took a while to find the lockbox, perhaps a sentence in the instructions about it hanging on the railing to the left of the ski store?

Booking B: The wifi was no good. We could connect but it was very weak. We just used data.

Accomidating host, but the room was gross and stinky

The host allowed us to leave our luggage there before we checked in. Close to Aiguille du Midi lift.

The room was uncomfortable and gross. The entire unit stunk. The living room smelled of a horrible cleaning agent, and the bathroom smelled like a zoo. Like it smelled REALLY bad. The water from the shower doesn’t get hot enough. We had to make our own bed, and the sheet was full of other peoples hair. In a previous review, the owner states that they left instructions on how to set up the bed. I want to be clear that isn’t the problem. The issue is that the bed wasn’t made. Hand soap was empty.

Great location close to the centre and bus stop to access the ski areas. Easy check in. Apartment had all the essentials. Clean, hot water, coffee machine. Nice view from the balcony. Quiet when we stayed.

A good location.

There were dirty bed sheets and duvets (beds also were not made on arrival). The provided cutlery was dirty and covered in what I assume to be honey. The shower flooded and there was a mysterious pool of water near the toilet every morning. I’m not sure if this was from leaking shower drainage or toilet leakage…

other than location that it is very near chamonix sud. there is nothing else good about it. especially for tourist who is first time to france or chamonix.

roaches are there. bed are yellowish. sofa bed already bent. whole room is dusty. need to put the bedsheet by yourself. do not understand why this is in booking.com. worst stay i ever had in my life as tourist.

Stinky, dirty disappointment!

Location only!

We were welcomed into stinky, dirty apartment. No one was even bother to tidy the room before we arrived. I have never seen anything like that before. Wet bath mat left in the bathroom, mess on the worktops, some body fluids stains on the sofa/ bed! The beds are not for sleeping just for looking at. We are not very picky; just spent a few nights in different refuges in Alps and I would definitely prefer to sleep in any of them than in this apartment. It is real disappointment as it could be a very small but nice place to stop if it was clean before arrival and had some good beds. I really would not recommend it to anyone!
