Everything was as expected; apartment was very clean and well maintained and the bed was very comfortable.
I did not receive the check-in instructions on schedule; I had to contact the owner to have them sent to me which was somewhat stressful as I was travelling. The kitchen had no pots/pans/dishes; I later learned that they were stored somewhere outside the kitchen but I never found them and could not cook with the groceries I had bought.

1. Fantastic location right by the Aiguille du Midi cable car. 2. Good parking facilities (though the entrance/exit can be tight for novice drivers). 3. Fully furnished with a kitchen, utensils, washer, and bathroom. 4. Spotlessly clean room condition. 5. Highly recommended location for exploring Chamonix. Will definitely return! 6. Great value for money in the Chamonix area.
