Wow, dream holiday house.

Wow, it is a lovely house. In the perfect location, very spacious, nice facilities let us feel home. I can’t put the right words to describe and I can stay there for months. Just reading a book in the balcony facing the water, mountains and Reine village will make your day.

Exceptional

We stayed at the Nordlandshus for 9 nights during the winter holidays. We loved the house, it was very spacious and very well equipped. The bed was confortable and with a nice topper. Downstairs there is the spacios livingroom, kitchen and bathrom (with underfloor heating) and upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with a small living area. There are a lot of nice decorations and small personal touches inside the house (we liked a lot the entry door frame markings with the height of the kids from when they were growing up :) When we arrived, there was knee high snow and we appreciated a lot the cleaned parking space in front of the house. We left with the 20:30 p.m ferry and we liked that the agency offered the late check out option at 14:00 p.m

Just a tip: better instructions about where to take out the garbage would be welcome (specially for longer stays)

We had a great stay and would return again

Super nice house with a spacious living room and kitchen. It was very cosy. When we arrived the house was pretty cold but the heater and electric stoves warmed the house up in about an hour. The view is amazing. Super Market very close by

The overall Lighting Setup could be improved. Downstairs it was okay as you have plenty of small lights but upstairs it was really too dark. There is no Microwave There is no Water Boiler The Shower could be hotter There was no wood for the fireplace and looks like it‘s not welcome to be used

Situation au bord du fjord exceptionnelle ,très belle maison claire, bien décorée, cosy;espace de vie confortable .

-impression que l'état des lieux concernant les ustensiles de cuisine + vaisselle n'a pas été fait avant notre arrivée. . Ustensiles et vaisselle rangés n'importe comment , pas toujours très propres. - maison louée pour 6(même si nous n'etions que 4), avec une seule minuscule poêle au revêtement dangereux car usé, Deux petites casseroles (capacité 2 personnes maxi)...et...pas de bouilloire électrique ! Tout est à revoir ... -la cheminée était là, certes, (point majeur de la maison comme le stipule l'annonce) mais pas de bois à disposition ,ni aucun ustensile pour entretenir un feu et nettoyer le foyer ...) elle semblait exister pour la déco. - peu de lumière dans les chambres .pas de plafonnier .
