The apartment was in a convenient location in Reine. And it was well run.

The kitchen equipment could do with some more obvious things - cereal bowls, egg cups. Normal glasses to drink from. But what there was there was great. Also the window in one bedroom was broken so couldnt be opened - and the window in the main living room couldn't be opened v far before sticking. The windows need to be fixed so you can get fresh air in.

Beware: the high ratings are deceptive

The location and the views from the apartment were very good I was very happy that we only stayed for 2 nights as it was so bad.

-- The ratings are deceptive as they are the average of two apartments: One is very modern with a high level of decoration (Deluxe apartment) and the other is very shabby and worn (superior apartment). The photos of the Superior apartment are decorated very differently to the photos, with worn 1970s furniture that does not match (see photos) and resembles more a student house. -- The beds are very uncomfortable which left us all feeling stiff after two nights. Further inspection showed that 2 out of the 3 beds are just cheap foam on an old saggy base. The other bed has just a mattress topper on top of an old saggy base. (See photos) -- The kitchen is very badly equipped with random utensils. For example (of many things): only 2 saucepans + 1 lid, no cutting boards, one very feeble cutting knife and mismatching plates that one normally finds in a charity / second hand shops. The kettle and coffee machine are made from cheap plastic. -- The apartment was only ready 45 mins after check-in (though we did get another 45 mins at the other end). At the time of checkin, two out of three of us were very sick and needed quite urgently to lie down. -- The shower bracket is broken so you need to hold the shower, no toilet roll holder and wobbly door handle in the bathroom with missing screws -- The windows and washing machine were very dirty (see photos) -- The bedrooms are very cramped with no reading lights or bedside table / shelf in one room. The curtains in the bedrooms are not matching (though both are dark blue) or don't close properly in the other bedroom -- Other points include, signs of wood rot on the windows paint smears on the sofa, chipped coffee table, holes in the wood panelling that haven't been filled... the list goes on!

Average property, good location

The location was the only good thing.

It was very average for the price, not modernised at all. Some photos shown were probably from a different apartment and not the one we stayed in. The bedrooms were very small and so were the beds. There were several basic things missing - no hooks, no full mirror except for one in the bathroom, etc to hang clothes in each bedroom

Nice view

The apartment was very dirty and it seemed like the bed sheets were not changed (see picture). We found hair on the bed and on the bath towels which were placed on the bathroom floor. We ended up sleeping in our sleeping bags

Ok, but could be better.

Good location, very friendly host. Great view of the surroundings. Close to Reinebringen, football field, circle K and a bistro, but still a quiet location.

To expensive for what we got, the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped and the tv didn’t work.

heating system is old shower water is limited table is not clean with sticky things on it. forks are dirty house owner is money driven we are only 3 people，but the owner sento mie embaressing messaage to bother me. I‘d raather to live in rurber house，the same price，but much cozy.

Functional but by no means cheap

The flat was spacious and well-located near the centre of Reine. The beds were comfortable, although there was no storage space for clothes. The kitchen, including induction hob, worked well.. The washing machine worked well and there was detergent powder provided.

The shower was loose and flew off its bracket mounting, there was no paper holder nor towel rail in the bathroom, the bedroom was cramped and had no space for a bedside table or light switched from the bed. The curtains were cut for horizontal hanging (not angled)

The flat is clean, newly renovated with Nordic design. Fully functional kitchen. Free parking, contactless checkin and checkout. Problem-solving and responsive host.

Maybe the description can mention there is no lift in the building for those bringing strollers.

Der Aufenthalt war in Anbetracht des Preises eher enttäuschend.

Zentrale Lage. Geräumige Unterkunft.

Mangelhafte Reinigung, insbesondere Oberflächen, auch in den Schränken. In der Kaffeemaschine steckte ein alter, benutzter Kaffeefilter. Im Schrank fanden wir einen Zahn (!) gleich neben den Kaffefiltern. Im Schlafzimmer war ein muffiger Geruch vorhanden. Viele Fenster hatten keine Gardinenlösung, nicht so praktisch bei Mitternachtssonne.
