Warm and cosy, just amazing.

The location was amazing and caravan was so cosy and welcoming. The little bowl of sweets for the kids was a lovely touch. We definitely will be back. Highly recommend this place to others.

Really comfortable caravan, short walk from the beach.

Property was immaculate. Nice and comfortable, couldn’t fault anything. The beach was about 5 minutes away and the lighthouse is visible from the sofa.

Kettle has seen better days, inside was flaking away, definitely time to replace it.

It was very welcoming & homely and spotlessly clean! We loved the location of the caravan with the view of the lighthouse which was exceptional at night time when it was illuminated. The rooms were really clean and the outdoor seating was lovely to sit & relax on too

There was nothing we didn’t like. The caravan was beautifully comfortable & superbly equipped with everything you needed. My kids had a fantastic time & loved to look at the lighthouse everyday! Thank you for a marvellous stay

It was a little difficult to find as the instructions were not up to date ( no barrier or creels). Also the info in the booklet said there was a washing machine but we couldn’t find one

Stayed here for MacMoray with my 2 girls and niece. Very modern, comfortable and the owners go above and beyond to help you out on your stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was a fantastic stay - accommodation, location, staff all prefect .

It was very clean , comfortable and the owners provided all the relevant and useful information and equipment that we needed . The location was excellent.

It would have been good to have had towels provided and for pillow protectors to be on all the pillows .

Home from home

The caravan was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was great. There was a terrible loud noise when the wind was blowing in the main bedroom and the barh plug didn't work. Otherwise perfect I didn't want to go home.

Stunning Caravan on Prime Spot

The van was so clean it felt like we were the first people to stay there. The master bedroom is huge - easily the biggest bedroom I’ve seen in a caravan. It has a king size bed and an en-suite with a bath. The kitchen has a full size cooker with gas hob, grill and oven and is well equipped. There’s gas central heating with a thermostat so the van was nice and warm. All of the windows along the side of the van (livingroom, dining area, both bedrooms) have uninterrupted views of the lighthouse. The beach is just over the dunes and the entertainment complex is at the end of the road. The van is on a corner plot, so feels spacious and private, and not overlooked. There’s 2 decking areas, both with outdoor furniture. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the afternoon sun.

Fantastic relaxing break.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Beachside Lighthouse. Caravan was impeccable & even although it’s pet friendly you would never know. Myself & my dogs had a wonderful stay here hopefully I can book up again for longer. Location is ideal only a few minutes to a beautiful beach with lots to do in the local area. Owners were lovely. Thanks again ⭐️

The caravan is lovely and modern, comfy, clean, spacious, well equipped and has loads of storage.

We had a fantastic time in this lovely caravan, it has everything you need. The TV in the bedroom was a great feature. The 2 decking areas were amazing, especially as the weather was hot during our stay. The view of the lighthouse is beautiful, especially when it's lit up at night. The caravan is situated very close to the path down to the beach and also to the restaurant/bar/shop/park area. Our 6 year old daughter and dog loved the beach, it certainly tired them out every day! The chippy onsite was really nice.

The only downside was that the WiFi wasn't working, which we were informed of 2 days before our arrival. The EE signal is very poor inside the caravan so we couldn't access the internet a lot of the time. We missed out by only a few days on the new fibre broadband, which we were told will be installed on the 14th August. All in all we had a brilliant stay in this caravan, we will definitely be back!!

Van was ideal for family holiday but check with owner on status of internet access if you need to do any on-line work.

Location perfect for the coast and visiting Moray

No WiFi throughout stay so clocked up significant data roaming charges as access to internet was needed throughout stay. If you want to use the Park Home bar or restaurant on site you will need to pay £35.00 per adult per week. Beer prices were not cheap either!

Enjoyable and relaxing.

The caravan was modern and clean and had everything we needed. The Location was in a brilliant position , not far from the beach. Having decking in 2 places around the van was really good for having shade and sun. I liked the caravan so much, I would like to return next year but for a longer period.

Great family weekend.

Caravan was clean and comfy in a great location was very peaceful and enjoyable for the whole family including the dog. Kids didn't want to come home and keep asking to go back. Location is only 5 miles from main shops at elgin. Very enjoyable stay and would go back again.

Unfortunately when we went the shop, play park and swimming etc was all closed for refurbishment. Chip shop on site was horrendous and gave us all sore stomachs.

Accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. The welcome pack of shortbread gins and tonics was a lovely touch. Bed was comfortable and accommodation was warm. Although the weather was a bit unpredictable this did not stop us enjoying walks on the beach and exploring the nearby villages. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.
