property comfortable and homely, well equipped. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner Dennis.

The property was good only let down by the park staff who were not at all helpful, quite lazy and couldn’t be bothered!

Nice, clean van and good value for money.

Great van and excellent value for money. The caravan is lovely and clean, nice spacious living area and good cooking facilities. Good shower too. It was warm and cosy. Easy access to a wonderful beech too. Didn’t use the site facilities due to the cost. Host explained how things have changed in recent years.

No communication from hosts since time of booking which was disappointing. An email with full directions and check in details would have been good. Dennis was lovely after we had called and he came with the key and showed us around. No towels provided. Beds are a little small, especially the singles but I appreciate there probably isn’t much that can be done about that.

Fun few days with the grand kids.

Very convenient for the beach. Aircraft from the RAF base flying over the site was really interesting.

Thought we’d arranged early arrival but booking.com had not informed the host.

Very clean place. good home size for family of 4. two separate toilets, good equipped kitchen- don't need to worry about anything. Board games, books and some DVD movies for evening. short distance to beach.

Perfect for a family break

It was perfect for our family of 3 +dog. The caravan was so clean and tidy, and it had everything we needed. It is so close to the beach, had a perfect view of the lighthouse, and was nice and quiet.

I can't say there was anything we wasn't happy with.

Lovely caravan in a great location with views of the lighthouse and easy access to the beach. New table and chairs on decking. Lots of games available- we enjoyed playing Scrabble! Comfortable beds. Rockpools on the beach where we found sealife and the kids were entertained. We ran in the mornings along the beach - it’s a 5k run to lossiemouth and back.

Kettle needs descaled or new one bought - the rust comes off on your finger - we boiled water on the stove. Shower quite cramped but understand space an issue. We didn’t use the site facilities eg pool, restaurant, due to the pass system and the money it costs - too expensive - but that’s nothing to do with the actual property.

Lovely sized caravan. Had all amenities including bucket and spade. Warm in spring weather. Good parking available next to caravan. Close to west beach there in seconds.

The caravan was great, it had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, good location, we got taxis into town when we wanted to eat out. There were a number of takeaways that deliver to the caravan and they were really tasty. The beach is lovely.We will be back.

Loved how easy it was to check in, great location and facilities. Really comfy beds and nice and clean.

I'll take some responsibility on this as I should have checked, but no towels were provided and I couldn't find anything to say they weren't. To be fair though, there is nothing to say they are provided either. So bring towels!

Caravan was lovely, gentleman who eventually opened caravan was rude.

Beautiful setting, caravan was lovely.

When we phoned to get access. We were greeted with an obnoxious rude man. We had proof that they agreed to allow us earlier entry. He told us he knew nothing about this, and it When I said we got confirmation, he replied. Its nothing to do with booking.com. Rather weird when that's who he uses, and that's who we booked through. So eventually, we got into caravan. Lack of communication there. Also attitude was poor in this kind of business.

Lovely caravan in an ideal location on the site,, really appreciate the late check in made our trip stress free. Caravan is spotless and has the feel of a family home. Next time home we will look to book here again and next to some of the best beaches around who wouldn’t 🙂

Treat of a Retreat!

Clean, beautifully presented and on a great site location. Everything was taken care of and more - met quickly with the keys and taken to the van, beautiful extra touches like games, books, DVDs, kitchen utensils, accessories and so on. Comfy beds too! We had a brilliant time ♥️

A great property in a fantastic location

The location is brilliant being a short walk from the beach and ideal for going into the local towns. It is also positioned in a quiet area of the site The accommodation is clean and tidy with everything that you would need for your stay and also very spacious It is dog friendly which was a bonus

We had a really nice time away, the caravan was perfect and the campsite great for families.

The caravan is in lovely quieter part of the caravan site, and a short walk to the beach. It was immaculate and had lots of personal touches and added extra's such as DVD's, umbrellas and games. Keys were delivered in person and it was easy to get a hold of the owners for information/any issues.

Enjoyed the location. Quiet and Just a few minutes walk to the lovely beach. Good having two toilets and outdoor seats plus table and umbrella. Freezer was bigger than expected. Thought it was just an icebox. Good to be dog friendly which was our Main reason for choosing the accomodation. The caravan was spotlessly clean. Nice to have a selection of games dvds plus extra touches to make it feel homely. Crockery nice quality. Thank you. Carol

Would have been very handy if outdoor tap was connected to be able to rinse off feet and wet suits. Central heating was intermittent in firing up. . Some nights were quite chilly with just lounge fire on. Would have been a problem early and late season. Would have been good to have a takeaway menu with opening times of on site takeaway. Disappointing that we couldn't go in restaurant after 6pm without paying £6 each for a pass.
