Our 1 Fulmar Road Stay

Nice welcome package was much appreciated. Good Wi-Fi. Nice selection of cooking pots, pans and utensils (induction stove top and ovens worked well). Location was very close to family members we were visiting and access to the sea, and not too far to walk to the local CO-OP grocery store. Very good noise reduction, minimal road noise. Dog friendly. TV. Thermostat control unit. Tracy, the property manager was easy to contact and welcoming.

Hard floor surfaces everywhere (additional carpets in bedrooms would be nice). Bathroom faucet too short, water too close to sink edge to get hands easily under faucet. The eating utensils (spoons, forks, eating knives) while decorative, had a two part construction which made the utensils wiggle. Recommend replacing with solid piece varieties.

Amazing little house, had everything you could need. Loved how dog friendly it was with the bowls,bed and treats. Tracy was a great host and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. We visit family in Lossie a few times a year so we will definately be back!

The house is immaculate and very much a home from home, it has everything you need and more, the host, Tracy, is on hand for any questions or queries, she's really lovely. We have family close by so it's in a perfect location but it's also perfect for beaches (there are many beaches close by) and other stunning places to visit

Fabulous

Tracy the owner met us at the property when checking in, she is really lovely and welcoming. The house is immaculately clean and is in a great location. The excellent beach is only a few minutes walk away. Tracy supplied a lovely welcome pack with provisions - tea, coffee, biscuits, bread, butter., jams, milk, wine, a few bottles of beer and dog treats etc. Beds very comfortable. A totally enclosed back gargen which was super for our dogs. Good tv reception and fast broadband. Excellent walks in the area. Everything was superb 😁 We will definitely return.

This wee house was fabulous for our stay. The host was so welcoming and the facilities in the home were perfect. We will definitely be back. The host left us a fantastic welcome pack which was so lovely and generous. Outside seating in a lovely garden, photos didn't do it justice. Lovely walk to town.

The only criticism I would have, and both parties staying found this is that the sofa had an odour of dog. Guests to the home have clearly being allowing their pets on the sofa. The owner did say when we arrived however that she was waiting on new living furniture though so I suspect that will no longer be an issue.

Lossie trip

The house is very well looked after and very clean. The owner Tracy kept in contact before arrival so that she could meet us on arrival, explained the need to know information to our stay including the local brewery 😉 Internet was 100% all the time and the bed gave a good sleep. Would recommend a stay here to all.

The beds were very good. The area , the westbeach to two lighthouses was very beautiful. Near by the bus.

The shower we got no warmer than lukewarm The sink tap was a toilet tap, was too tight on the sink. You couldn't drink water after brushing your teeth. Etcetera.

A great experience and we can't wait to be back!

We absolutely loved this place (and the lovely host) and could not fault anything. The location was ideal as it was possible to access all parts of the town very easily, the beach is just a few minutes walk away and when we had food delivered on two occasions it was very quick. We loved how easy it was for us to reach Tracy to meet us to show us around on arrival and hand over the keys. The welcome goodies were much appreciated too, and a real treat. The decor of the house is modern and really nice, it was spotlessly clean and the WIFI worked well and it was warm and cosy. The kitchen is also really well equipped and if we had wanted to cook more this would have been no problem. Overall a fantastic experience and the first thing I did when returning home was to cross-reference our calendar with the availability of the property to see when we can book again! (hopefully soon!)
