A tale of 2 halves.

We were on a 2wk break. The property has amazing views. We were lucky to see dolphins, seals, RAF jets, the Red Arrows & the most stunning beach in a quiet town. When my partner left my coats in the wardrobe Rowena & Hazel were great making sure I got them back.

The neighbour next door, marine quay, did not inform Rowena that they would be having work done so we had 5 days of banging etc, scaffolding, objects thrown out windows. My respite ended. None of this was Rowenas fault. Teenage boys walking on the top of the wall in front the property & could see straight into the lounge, not constantly but that & the occasional noisy teenagers when your already frazzled 😒

This wonderful house is a little gem. omg the views are awesome. very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. games and books to use. nice little touches like dishwasher tablets and washing pods for washing machine. saw dolphins and seals whilst looking out of the window. Lossiemouth has everything you need too. Not far from RAF LOSSIEMOUTH which is why we came to visit our son. Beautiful beach and restaurants 😍 which Rowena recommended. A lovely lady and great host. very kind. super clean amazing place. will be definitely coming back. Stunning.

Comfortable, spacious apartment, with fabulous sea views. Very well equipped kitchen. Can walk to beach and ice-cream shops in minutes. Supermarket and restaurants also short walk away.

Stunning location for a wonderful family holiday

We absolutely loved our stay, especially enjoying watching all the wildlife right outside the window. We were thrilled to see dolphins, sea otters and a seal, all from the sofa! The flat was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family holiday. The owner was especially kind and helpful.

Exceeded all expectations

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the sofa was in the perfect place to watch the sea from the living room. Every little thing was thought of and the attention to detail was brilliant. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed, clean and tidy. The bathrooms were clean, neat and compact. An absolutely perfect stay - will definitely be booking it again in the future.

Amazing view from the sitting room! It is even better than the pictures on the listing. Quiet location with few but quality restaurants around. We loved Harbour Lights for breakfast and Salt Cellar for dinner. Spacious apartment with plenty of room.

Small entrance hall, due to the apartment being on the first floor. Difficult to get a pram inside.

Fantastic views from all windows, good parking and access to town. It was great to have binoculars provided to see dolphins and seals from the window.

The stairs to property are rather steep, perhaps a handrail on other wall might help anyone with reduced mobility.

Great time spent in this location. To eat, chill out or just go a stroll down the beach.

Spotlessly clean flat with all the facilities you need for an extremely comfortable stay in Lossiemouth. With one of the best sea views you could wish for. Great central location to pubs, shop, restaurants and beach.

It is nice location with beach just few minutes down the lane and you can enjoy the amazing views of the sea and can also spot dolphins and seals as well from the room window. Would highly recommend this place for a nice wee cosy stay.

Thoroughly enjoyable holiday one we will go back to.

Where to start! The property was in a superb location right on the quay with the open sea in front of you and the small marina behind. We parked the car right underneath the property so no seagull poo! Then when we got into the property and opened the door into the lounge area and immediately looked at the view out to sea, we were amazed and didn't want to do anything else for ages (a repeated experience every morning!) Everything in the town is close to hand a brilliant seafood restaurant along Clifton R'd just past the chippy, a great restaurant the Salt Cellar on the sea front by the East Beach bridge and a Coop supermarket just up the Queen's R'd, all within less than a 10 min walk. The accommodation was very comfortable with plenty of kitchen utilities for cooking if required.

The location was great for walks, and for days out in the car. Watching dolphins playing outside the window was brilliant also seen sea otters and a couple of seals. Good pubs for food and drinks nearby, house was really clean and comfortable if you wanted to stay in at night also. The whole coast has some great beaches and really nice small fishing villages along the Moray coastal way, would really recommend and Rowena was really helpful cheers for a great week

The views of the sea from the property are superb, we saw a seal several times, and a pod of dolphins twice. The property itself is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and the owner, Rowena, was extremely helpful.

amazing sea views from the property

The location is lovely next to the Marina and with a great view out to sea and back to the East beach. There are great local shops and cafes with in walking distance, including two lovely traditional cream shops on the front.

The shower head and water temperature in the ensuite was a bit difficult to adjust but we did get used to it.

Fabulous Marina Quay

The surrounding areas are beautiful. Lovely beaches. Good coffee shops and eateries.

3 Marina Quay was the best private accommodation I have ever stayed in. There was everything supplied that you could possibly think of and the uninterupted views were to die for. The owner Rowena was excellent and so friendly, she answered immediately any questions I might have.
