The property was well positioned for the beach which was a short walk away over sand dunes . However for a more accessible access to the beach you would have a longer walk.
The property was very clean and comfortable. Having the 2 toilets was very helpful when in a group of more people.
Decor was simple and not overdone. There was tea, biscuits and fresh fruits on arrival which is a nice touch.
Plenty towels and extra covers.
There was lovely wooden seat set of 2 outside to enjoy the sunshine.
The property lacked nothing although would benefit from some decking and please sort the dripping tap in the kitchen.

"It was all Morden like a brand new caravan.
Bedding and towels and had some small sashes of sugar and milk with tea and coffee. They had also left smal biscuits which was so unexpected."
