Grand appartement propre, confortable et bien équipé idéalement situé dans un super quartier de Venise à quelques pas de belles balades et chouettes restaurants / bars tout en ayant les principaux sites touristiques facilement accessibles, bref parfait !

Location was fantastic and the apartment was very clean and provided everything we needed during our stay. The bedroom and the lounge were very spacious especially the lounge.

La posizione ottima. Vicino alla fermata del battello Ca’ d’oro facilmente raggiungibile. La casa sarebbe perfetta per la posizione e perché avrebbe tutto ciò che occorre per una vacanza.
La mancanza totale di pulizia, la trascuratezza. Pareti sporche e scrostate, bagno pieno di polvere, copri sedie e divani pieni di macchie. Un piumone da letto macchiato , moquette macchiata. Tende penzolanti dai vetri. Peccato perché la casa avrebbe tutte le caratteristiche per essere fascinosa nel contesto di Venezia. Ma è evidente la mancanza di interesse da parte dell’agenzia che ne ha la gestione di segnalare o di correggere tutte queste pecche.
