Residence Herion Palace is located in the beautiful setting of Rio Terà San Leonardo, a famous area in the historic center of Venice, full of trendy stores and clubs, art galleries and some of the city's most renowned restaurants.
Guests have access to an outdoor space common to the entire structure.
The building does not have an elevator.
Herion Palace 5 is a delightful apartment, located on the third floor of the residence overlooking the piazzetta below. The entrance leads to an open space furnished with a sofa and open kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster and various utensils.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed flanked by a bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is a sofa bed in the apartment.
Our guests will have additional amenities such as: Free Wifi, air conditioning and heating, television and hair dryer.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

Posizione comoda comodità di accesso con codice tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze ambiente piacevole possibilità di depositare il bagaglio prontezza nella risposta al telefono da parte del nostro operatore ottima dotazione di elettrodomestici.
Aggiungerei almeno un pentolino per scaldare il latte o preparare un tè, un riduttore da shuko a presa normale per poter usare il phon in bagno qualche appendino e mensole in bagno.

Il personale è stato disponibile fin da subito sia nel rispondere in maniera tempestiva alle domande sia nel servire un servizio completo. L'appartamento è pulito e ha un clima familiare, si trova molto vicino alla stazione e all'imbarco delle barche, appena esci dall'appartamento in un punto molto frequentato dalle persone. Sicuramente le altre volte che tornerò a Venezia so già dove alloggiare

very good assistance when facing problem
internet not available, laudry sacs and vacuum cleaner on the floor outiside apt . Coffee moka would be appreciated.
