Residence Herion Palace is located in the beautiful setting of Rio Terà San Leonardo, a famous area in the historic center of Venice, full of trendy stores and clubs, art galleries, and some of the most renowned restaurants in the city.
An outdoor area common to the entire structure is available to guests.
The building does not have an elevator.
Herion Palace 1 is a beautiful apartment arranged on 2 floors, ideal for a group of friends, totally furnished with designer furniture and modern-style paintings.
On the ground floor, there is a large entrance hall with a wall equipped with a closet; a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine; a living area furnished with a comfortable sofa and a kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and various utensils.
On the second floor is the sleeping area divided into two bedrooms, both with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe.
Our guests will have additional amenities such as Free wifi, air conditioning, heating, television, and a hairdryer.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

Instructions for check in and out were really clear. Amazing location. Rooms were spotless.
Bathroom door was a struggle to close and keep shut, we suspected the latch was loose maybe. Other than that our stay was perfect.

The location is perfect! The apartment is very spacious and nice. However the bathroom is on a different floor from the bedrooms, you need to go down the stairs and then walk through the kitchen then the corridor. This should have been made clear, as not great for older people or disabled or children.

Great location. Quiet. Easy to get to. Washing machine was nice. Loft stayed cool for sleeping. Would stay again. Family of four had plenty of room.

Le pulizie purtroppo non erano fatte bene. Accanto al mio letto c’era tanta polvere e in generale c‘era tanta polvere per la casa..
E manca una macchinetta per il café, tipo una moka..
