Location, parking in the courtyard, the terrace, size of the apartment

The apartment is not very homey (very white light, minimal furniture) and the sound insulation was not very good, as everything happening outside on the street could be heard inside

Gute Lage schlechter Zustand

Lage. Größe.

Schlechte Fenster, teilweise große Spalten und Durchzug. Duschkopf kaputt und trotz Reparatur in schlechtem Zustand. Sehr alte Möbel und Geschirr. Betten sehr unbequem da Matrazen sehr alt und ausgelegen waren. Vollgestellt mit alten stark riechenden Büchern. Dreckiges und kaputtes Piano. Hälfte der Stühle kaputt.

Siamo arrivati venerdì alle 19.20. Ci hanno comunicato che l’appartamento non era stato pulito e preparato. Vi hanno messaggiato tutto il weekend dicendoci che sarebbero venuti ma non è successo. Letti sfondati.

Virkelig dårligt og kan på ingen måde anbefales.

Der var ikke noget positivt at sige om stedet. Der var ikke gjort rent, da vi kom og vi blev bedt om at komme en time efter. Der var der fejet lidt, og sengene var blevet redt, men der var stadig beskidt. Der manglede service, ordentlig opvaskemaskine, og lejligheden var ikke godt vedligeholdt- vi kan overhovedet ikke anbefale stedet og har bedt om en refusion, da intet levede op til forventningerne. Vores svigerdatter, som har allergi, måtte tage ekstra medicin for at kunne være der.

Alt - kun beliggenheden var god. Når vi klagede over forholdene, blev vi spist af med en kommentar om, at de ville komme forbi, men det skete ikke. Derfor bad vi dem holde sig væk, da de stadig ikke var kommet forbi for at gøre rent tirsdag eftermiddag- det kunne bedre betale sig, at vi gjorde det selv.

Appartement très agréable et au clame proche du centre

Appartement spacieux et agréable, très bien situé, proche de la place Veneto, Calme hormis chambre sur rue mais raisonnable, belle terrasse. Bonne réactivité de notre hôte.

Confort de la literie des deux grands lits en particulier, très peu confortables, qui mériterait d’être renouvelée. Besoin d’adaptateurs pour les prises de courant, non stipulé sur l’annonce.

L'appartamento di per se è molto bello, grande, e in una posizione privilegiata, in un quartiere calmo e centrale.

Quel che lascia molto a desiderare è la gestione. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto sporco, avevo specificatamente chiesto cura nella pulizia poiché sono asmatica, ma invece matasse di polvere erano presenti ad ogni angolo, sotto i letti, briciole sotto i tavoli, sotto al mio letto ho trovato anche un dispositivo medico rotto, segno che non si fa nemmeno lo sforzo di guardare, se non di pulire. Per un appartamento che puo' ospitare 10 persone sono state lasciate DUE bustine di the. Avevo chiesto confermarmi vi fosse il detersivo per i piatti, mi era stato detto di no, l'abbimo dunque comprato invece nel MICRO kit di benvenuto c'era. Non c'erano invece le pastiglie per usare la lavastoviglie, pur presente nella casa. Purtroppo la cura che queste agenzie mettono nella gestione dei bnb è pari a zero, ed anche quando la proprietà potrebbe eccellere, gli aspetti trascurati rendono il soggiorno sgradevole

Expérience très satisfaisante

Emplacement idéal, dans un quartier à la fois vivant et tranquille, mais aussi central. L'appartement est spacieux et silencieux. Très belle terrasse, même si on n'a pas pu l'utiliser compte-tenu de la météo du mois de mars. La literie est OK.

On n'a pas réussi à utiliser la télévision du séjour ; un manuel d'explication aurait été le bienvenu.

Vies appartement op een heel goede locatie.

Ruim en mooi ingericht appartement op een heel goede locatie. Tuin met parkeerplek op twee stappen van het huis.

Het appartement was ronduit vies. Bij aankomst zaten er haren in de douche en lag er overal vuil op de grond. Het was ook zeer stoffig. Dieptepunt was een nagel (!) van een vorige eigenaar die op de vloer lag. In de badkamer zat schimmel. Het bad stond los van de muur waardoor ook daar allemaal vuil en schimmel tussen zat. Magnetron werkte niet en er waren geen basic schoonmaakspullen aanwezig zoals een theedoek of flesje afwasmiddel. Bij het vragen aan de host of de schoonmakers de set wellicht waren vergeten neer te zetten was het antwoord dat de spullen niet meer gebracht konden worden maar of we er wel aan wilden denken om de keuken schoon achter te laten. Dit voelde nogal cru wegens ontbreken van de meest basic spullen om de keuken te kunnen gebruiken. Uiteindelijk hebben we in de supermarkt de basics gekocht om mee schoon te maken en de keuken schoner achtergelaten dan we hem aantroffen. Al met al een viezige plek op wel een toplocatie!

l'accès en Italie via les tunnels du Fréjus ou du Mont-Blanc , catastrophique....
