Location, parking in the courtyard, the terrace, size of the apartment
The apartment is not very homey (very white light, minimal furniture) and the sound insulation was not very good, as everything happening outside on the street could be heard inside

Très bon emplacement. centre historique facilement accessible. Parking pour la voiture à proximité. Appartement très spacieux.
La communication avec l'agence de location. Le jour de notre arrivée, je reçois un message What's app le matin m'annonçant qu'un agent nous attend devant l'appartement. Mais quand nous sommes arrivés (vers les 18H), l'agent n'était pas là. Nous appelons l'agence et l'interlocutrice répond qu'un de ses collègues arrive dans 5 minutes. 30 mn plus tard toujours personne. Nous appelons à nouveau (vers 19h15) et une personne nous annonce qu'il faut utiliser une clé sécurisée. Nous avons également signalé des problèmes de bac à douche bouché, fuite dans la deuxième salle de bains autour de la baignoire, l'eau coule abondamment sur le sol, ce qui est très dangereux. Il y a également une fuite au niveau des WC. Malheureusement aucune réponse de Wonderful Italy à ce jour. Les sols dans les pièces ne sont pas très propres.
