The communication with the host has been great. Received clear instructions to collect the keys and do the check in and check out. The location of the apartment is amazing. Very central and close to bars and restaurants and few minutes (walking) away from the city center. Big living room, big kitchen and nice bathroom fully euipped. The apartment is really beautiful and spacious and also quiet as it's facing the courtyard and it's on the third floor so there is no noise.

Unfortunately this week has been extremely and unexpectedly hot in Turin, with temperature around 35 degrees and not having the AC in the apartment has been challenging during the night. The bed is located under the roof so it was very warm. The host gave us two fans to use and it improved the situation a bit but still I had to move downstairs to sleep and keep all windows open to have some air circulation. In the living room the temperature was perfect even without fan, keeping the windows open on both sides. The only issue is on the floor above where the bed is as the temperature tends to be higher and there are no windows.

Great central location, clean

There was a tiny single “chair” to sit on in the lounge area. Only big enough for one person.

Location was outstanding. If your choice is to explore Torino on foot, this is THE place to base your walks. The apartment is with 3-4 minutes walk to a handful of supermarkets, Pam’s, Carrefour, Pennys, and some local mini marts. An easy 18 minutes walk from the Centrale station and very easy to find. Only 5 minutes walk to the central Piazza Castello. The apartment was very comfortable, well appointed with cooking and eating facilities, good size fridge/freezer, large cupboards and a good size table. The bed was clean and comfortable however some additional blankets and pillows would be good. Security was excellent, WiFi, TV, hot water/shower, and oven worked very well. Some coffee pods for the visit were appreciated. Be aware, elderly travellers or those with large luggage need to climb 3 stories (6 flights) of steep steps. Overall, a strong 9 in most areas. A few minor issues and observations. A number of light globes were blown or lights did not work. An electric kettle would be nice and quick. The coffee machine was not always practical. A microwave oven would save having to heat the oven for a small meal. The renovations, concrete repairs and construction that was in progress produced a significant amount of dirt and dust which was noticeable in the flat.

The location is very nice. The room is clean and there was a smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped. And that’s it.

We were there by the end of September 2025 and the building was in bad shape. There was a restoration going on. Very dusty. The room was quite clean and the staff tried to solve our problems, but the bed is not good (too soft), and we could not use the towel’s dryer because of the electric point (it was not working). The furniture is old and it seems the proprietor just get some stuff together. There are few electrical connections and lights in general as well as huge cracks on the walls. For a little bit more Euros, there are better places in Torino.
