GuestHost - Casa ElleBI in the Heart of Turin

Posizione eccezionale, in un palazzo bellissimo tra localetti e musei. Dalla casa il centro è tutto accessibile a piedi. Il locale subito sotto è uno dei più famosi e fa ottimi cocktail. Anche se c'è movimento gli infissi sono buoni e tengono il rumore della strada molto attutito. I condizionatori sono in ogni stanza e non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo.

Il letto matrimoniale è comodo ma ai letti singoli andrebbero cambiati i materassi, sono troppo sottili.

Appartement 2 chambres séparées au 3ème étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur, très bien situé dans un quartier plaisant. Propre et bien équipé.Très bonne réactivité du propriétaire.

Le portail d'enregistrement où j'ai bataillé pour insérer ma pièce d'identité avant que l'interlocuteur se charge de faire le nécessaire, à ma demande. Le voisin du dessus qui sabote à 4 h du matin.

Il fatto che fosse al centro di Torino e si poteva raggiungere facilmente piazza Castello e i Musei Reali.

Termosifoni non regolabili manualmente e a volte faceva freddo.

The location is central. Close to museums and restaurants. Taxis are easy to get from there. Good location if you plan on walking around the historic center of Turin. Fine if you are planning on having a night out.

Our check in time was 3pm - we arrived in Turin at 9am. I asked if we could check in a little earlier. Was told 3pm so we waited. We arrived at 2.45pm and entered the apartment. It had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The hos arrived at 3pm with cleaners even though we were supposed to check in at this time. He asked us to leave and come back in an hour or 2. We left and he text us to come back around 3.30pm which isn't really a long time cleaning an apartment after previous guests. We arrived back at 4pm The apartment was fine but not even a tea bag was there to make a cup of tea. The host did apologize and blamed the cleaning company. We paid nearly 300 euro for 1 x night. Not worth it. There's also a bar right underneath the apartment which was loud into the early hours. We traveled with my 10 year old. It's not suitable for a family Its ok for a young couple maybe.
