Residenza Mercanti - City Center - Lovely Maison

This was our second stay at the property, which we chose again primarily because of its excellent location. Situated in a quiet courtyard in the heart of Turin, it is within easy walking distance of most of the city's main attractions. Secure parking is available just a short walk away if required. There is also a fantastic patisserie next door, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. We would highly recommend visiting the Egyptian Museum and the Royal Palace during your stay. Both are well worth a visit and helped make our trip even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend the property to anyone visiting Turin.

Très bon emplacement, très bien équipé, facile de trouver et d’y accéder, très propre et personnel joignable très facilement

Mal isolé malheureusement… des gens rigolaient et parlaient juste à côté de la chambre du haut, on dirait qu’ils étaient à côté de nous et ça jusqu’à très très tard, 1h du matin, difficile pour dormir… c’était le seul point négatif le reste parfait!

Die Unterkunft in einem recht ruhigen Hinterhof war auf den ersten Blick nett. Insgesamt ist das Haus sauber und ansprechend.

Im Haus selbst riecht es sehr modrig und feucht - trotz sehr warmer Außentemperaturen im Sommer. Es ist sehr dunkel in den Räumen, was auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich ist. Die feuchte Luft führte zu schlecht trocknenden Handtüchern. Meine freundliche Bitte, ein neues Set Handtücher für 3 Personen zu erhalten, wurde abgelehnt.
