In the center, AC, Casa di Lu

The apartament is placed in a comfortable place( at the second floor, there is an elevator)it has absolutely all necessities for a cosy staying ( cutleries, utensils, cookware, kettle, coffee maker,bed sheets, 2towels per person, toilet paper, soap, bath liquid, 2 AC in each room, kitchen paper towels, washing mashine, dishwasher, chemicals for each mashine and for cleaning,etc). The apartment has 2 separate rooms and a separate bathroom ( with shower,binder and WC). The water flow is very well. Both rooms have a balcony each that comes out in the same side. The apartment is spacious, clean and in most part is quiet. The bedroom has a large bed ( with a hard mattress by me), a wardrobe. The dining room has a table, 4 chairs a sofa and a kitchen. The connection with the host is very good. I recommend this place!

Due to the fact that all the balconies come on the same direction it is a good thing, because it is a little space outside where all the neighbors balconies come, but if you unlucky to have unthoughtful neighbors that speak in a loud voice or scream at 7 o'clock or in midnight could make noise with the entrance door, these will spoil a lot your quality of sleep. But if you prefer to sleep with the AC on, with closed doors it will be very comfortable. I can't stay under the AC, and I prefer fresh air, and for me it was a big trouble with the quiet, but this is not connected with facilities provided by the host.And of course if you like to sleep like me, with open doors, be prepared to use earplugs not to hear also the nose from neighbors' conditioning and heating systems. Also one specific moment is that on the site is written that check in is till 20.00. It is so! And be prepared to pay 10eur for each hour later. The worker from company will meet you with the keys, and you will pay him/her time. They don't have an automatic ( IT technological system from distance ) check in, and there isn't any keys box, like I met in other places. The same with check out. If you want to make a late check out, it will be necessary to pay for the extra time.It's not something bad it's just the information that I found out after I paid the entire sum for the flat. My flight was late in the night and I must pay 40eur. I thought that after 20.00 it will be a symbolic sum. If I had known about their policy, I would not have reserved this apartment. ( Be ready to buy some cups for coffee maker, they didn't provide you with any).

Geräumig in gepflegtem Haus. Sehr gut gelegen in angenehmer Umgebung. Viertel Stunde zu Fuß von Bahnstation Porta Susa.

Al no ser exterior, pensamos que podría haber algún ruido de la vecindad y en cambio fue un acierto, muy tranquilo. El apartamento estaba limpio y con equipamiento y menaje bien cuidado. Zona agradable y tranquila.
