Very clean, modern, good location, kind personal.
Missing basic things in kitchen - such as oil and and salt.. but that’s just a small detail.

Armando and Carlo were so friendly and helpful, they made our stay such a pleasant experience. Location is walking distance to trains, buses and a very nice local cafe that I also love. Bed is so comfy. Everything was great! Highly recommend!

Exceptional property, extremely clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. Here you can have your coffee served by the lovely Carlo, barista to the stars! Arman at the check in desk and Francesca were also very helpful.
Property is a 15 min taxi ride from the city centre but we did not mind this as the property was in a peaceful location

I loved how spacious our room was, the option of a front and back patio to spend time in and the staff were very supportive!
Excellent A/C, extra towels provided when needed, prosecco provided for €25 and parking available at €15/day. We were also allowed to keep our car parked a little longer after check out which was greatly appreciated.
It was great that we could communicate via whatsapp prior to our arrival too.
For myself, the location was ideal because we were only a short walk away from the bus stop that took us directly into town (number 8 bus) within 15 minutes. For my wife, it felt a bit too far out, so if you can manage a 20 minute+ commute into the city centre, this location is ideal :)
It was a bit disappointing to be woken up by cleaners before 8am, which only happened on one day of our stay, but in terms of the room there was nothing wrong. It was like having our own apartment! Though the check out was a little too early for us, at 10am.
This isn't against the hotel, per se, but to be made aware in advance that a city tax is necessary to be paid, in cash, per person, per day, would also be useful to know when making the booking. Perhaps I missed this information, but for two of us for 4 days stay, it was €48 extra in cash.
