We had a great and comfortable stay here. The host Alesssia is very accommodating and was helpful if we needed anything. The room was spacious, clean and secure, and Alessia arranged for a daily turn down. The shower was powerful and hot. It has easy access to tram services, which are just a few minutes walk away. A few of our own personal recommendations for nearby places include Bottega Ioli & Matteucci, for pastries and coffee (walking distance) and Villa Farnesina for a visit.
The room was very comfortable, if you prefer a dark room in the mornings, you may be affected as the curtains are light /not blackout. So perhaps bring an eye mask if this would affect you. The host Alessia provides shampoo, body wash, and moisturising cream, but please bring your own conditioner if you require this.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Rome. The location is about an hour’s walk or a 30-minute tram ride from major attractions like the Trevi Fountain, which we didn’t mind and actually found convenient for getting a quieter place to relax after a busy day.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, and being on the first floor made it easy to access. Most of all, we truly appreciated how accommodating the hosts were — they were always available and ready to help whenever we needed anything.
Overall, it was a decent stay.
One thing we were disappointed about was the “hot tub/jacuzzi” that was advertised. Unfortunately, it wasn’t actually a hot tub or jacuzzi, but more of a regular tub, which didn’t match what we were expecting based on the listing.
Another issue was that we weren’t informed before booking that the apartment had three other bedrooms and that two of them were also rented out. We had assumed we would have the entire apartment to ourselves, so this came as a surprise.
