Very convenient to find the place. Full automatic access. Which was easy and clear instructions were provided. Very clean and comfortable. There were different types of tea provided which was aromatic and tasty.
Two things. Couldn’t find a microwave but oven and pan was there. Also the mini bar in the room was not working. But could store food in the common kitchen which was ok

Location was good; short bus ride from Trastevere and central Rome. Room was spacious and had a lot of amenities. That was pretty much it.
Staff were told 3 times to send me a receipt of the city taxes, which they completely ignored. The cleanliness was mediocre, especially in the toilet, with visible mold in the shower, curtains and walls were dirty. The lock system is sometimes difficult to function, especially when wifi or data connections are weak. Local recommendations were not provided, had to be asked. Not the type of property I would personally choose again.
