The room was clean and we had our own kitchen sink which was very useful. We had air conditioning as well and a separate bathroom with our own key near the room.
They didn't change the bedsheets nor the towels even though they started smelling used, but they made the bed every day.

Communication with owner was great. Thank you for the help and quick responses. Common kitchen was nicely stocked with pastries, coffee and tea.
Bathroom vanity light and sockets were not working. Shower went hot and cold and the shower head is broken. Unfortunately no refresh of linen during stay. Lock of the front door is hard to unlock with given key.
