Window didn’t open Safe was bolted in locked position when open Sofabed mattress was thin and uncomfortable

It had great amenities great location and clean with appropriate security measures in place

No one was available in person when we were a bit confused about the instructions for opening gates and finding apartments

Ease of access. Very clean, newly decorated, lovely products in bathroom and kitchen. Well provided for with tea, washing power, etc.

The sofa bed for our 3rd person. The mattress was absolutely appalling. It was such poor quality and could not be described as a mattress. We had to lay the sofa cushions on top in order to sleep on it otherwise it was like sleeping on a pebble beach. Our guest did not sleep at all. They wanted to sleep on the floor. It really was not fit to sleep on. We returned to the apartment late otherwise I would have phoned the number to insist on a foam mattress. An air bed would have been better. Please please replace the mattress. You knew our booking was for 3 adults so it can’t be said it was not suitable for an adult. In fact I wouldn’t even put a child on it. It is such a shame because the other bed was perfect and everything else but the sofa bed ruined our trip and let you down badly. It was not a true reflection of the rest of the place. My guest is exhausted, stiff and has a cricket in their neck. There was not even a mattress protector on the mattress.
