The hosts Roberta and Andrea are very nice and always extremely helpful. The location is very scenic and quiet. Very nice breakfast. One can be at the seaside in only 15 minutes by car. Globally a good value for money.
It's hard to find something that I did not like. It's not cheap, but accommodation in Liguria is usually exceedingly expensive, and this one is simply in line with local prices. One definitely needs a car.

Extremely friendly and helpful owners, passionate about their job. very nice location. Original decoration. Airco present.
Some suggestions: would be good to have WiFi connection. Hosts do their best to make use of Google translate but basic knowledge of English would have a great added value.

OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY!!!!!!
Very rustic, but also extremely clean and comfortable. Very tranquil setting with great hosts and breakfast. Roberta and Andrea went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable and rewarding. Not a location for those looking for a modern hotel near the beach or place with internet service, but ideal if you are looking for a tranquil, comfy and clean retreat, friendly but not intrusive hosts, and good food and conversation. Andrea gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant just a few kilometers away that specializes in Ligurian cuisine!
The only cautions about this property are that you will need to walk down a rather rustic pathway to the entrance (which could be improved upon) and there could be better signage at the entrance or instructions on how to identify that you have arrived at the correct location. It doesn't look like much wen you first arrive, but the B&B is further down the pathway and is a very nicely restored building with a very appealing exterior.

Fantastic B&B!
Wonderful hosts, amazing views, very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was superb! Our room was cozy and cool with a nice shady balcony after a long day driving in the sun. The property is lovely with a lot of attention to details.
A little remote, park your car in the street and walk the last part of the path to get there, but that somehow made it even more charming.
