Friendly staff. Very clean. Free undercover parking.Good breakfast included. Comfortable room. Liked the fact that you could open the window. Three restaurants ( + McDonalds ) within 50 metres
Could not seem to regulate the room temperature, but maybe we were doing something wrong.
Extra pillows would be nice.

The room was rather spacious for Italian hotels, but there was a bit of cigarette smell in it, but we opened the window and got rid of it.
Really good breakfast with perfect coffee.
Very comfortable free parking.
It is in the industry area of Savona, 25 min on foot to the city center and 15 min on foot to the sea side, and the way to the beach/city center is not attractive (highway).

Front of house were friendly. My room was nice and comfortable. Its convenient having the shops and a supermarket opposite, and it's not too far from the beach.
